From May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026, for every eligible rental, CubeSmart will contribute $1.00 to the Arbor Day Foundation, with a minimum donation of $50,000. Very nice clean facility. Sensor lights inside the outdoor units is a plus. Love that there is an app for reminder of gate code and payment options. Super friendly manager and there is even a public bathroom available! Overall excellent experience and glad I moved out of my other storage facility and into this one. I feel safe here as well.

I only gave 1 star because the place is new and clean. I waited 3 hours in front of the main office with a vehicle full of items to store in the space. I arrived during normal business hours. There was NO staff onsite to help me. Total waste of my time. I will be looking for another storage facility to use in the future.

I have been with these guys since they built the facility. Everything is brand new and super clean. The new customer price deals are unbeatable and I would recommend to anyone looking. nice space, but i am here at 12:41 pm and no one is here at all. we’ve been here for an hour and still no one is here, our access code isn’t even working and we can’t get into our storage. i called and no one answered, twice. there shouldn’t be one person working. and if there’s more then one then they shouldn’t all have the same lunch break.

My unit went from $166 to $237 in 9 months. I was forced to switch units due to the threat of water after only 1 week at my own expense (due to construction issues as I understand), and had to argue to get the cost of moving covered, which didn’t adequately happen. There’s no access at all on Sundays, or outside the 9:30-6pm hours. I thought the on site managers were professional and great, the issue is that it’s a giant corporate operation. I had to deal with a regional office to try to resolve the issues, and they didn’t want to address my concerns. The unit was clean and facility well-maintained. I moved to a very nice family run operation nearby, who neighbors have told me don’t jack the prices up a few months after you move in.

Still under construction but it looks like this will be a beautiful facility. I just hope they do not jack my rates up after promo period like their competition does. Normal increase is fine. Storage is a commodity, what makes this facility stand out is Colleen. She is very personable and wonderful deal with. The type of person you would call an instant friend!
