Falsely charge late fees. Avoid these guys. Updated my card *within* my billing period, per their terms and policies. But their system does not work properly and did not run my card. So later on when they did finally run it, they happily charged me a late fee and refuse to reverse it. Avoid avoid avoid.

I went to this cubesmart location today and the Young man and the Young lady who were working in the office were very helpful.Positive attitude.I would recommend this storage to anyone.The employees made me feel welcomed and appreciated.l asked them to if I could have use one of the carts the Young man told me that I had to pay $5 and then told me that he was just joking.He gave me the keys and had me use the cart.They were very nice Blessings.

Francis in particularly has gone above and beyond to personalize my experience. No matter the time of day he is always enthusiastic and smiling. We share lots of laughs and if I have any issues him and Ronald are quick to find resolve. They are both very professional, knowledgeable of the services they provide, quick and efficient. They will get you in and out especially in a city where everyone is always in a hurry. I am so happy to have a storage facility close to my apartment with a staff that feels like family. The facility is clean, the rates are affordable and the commute is easy. I am pleased overall!

I had three (3) expensive storage rooms on the Eastside, and I was told about CubeSmart. Not only did I fit the three storage rooms in one storage room at CubeSmart, but the price and customer service made all the difference. Ronald took his time to make sure I felt comfortable about the move. Whenever I make a visit, Francis always reminds me to take a cart if I need one. The manager was very helpful in straightening out a problem I had. I needed to change rooms and they did not have the same size. He found a slightly larger room and gave me the same discounted rate per square foot that I had before, which only new customers should get. He was very helpful and understanding. I saw on the internet the great prices at CubeSmart right now so I took my stuff from my other storage unit and moved to CubeSmart. The staff were friendly, helpful and the process was quick. The storage unit was clean and we have been there once more before our move and again nice greetings and all has worked out. I would highly recommend this storage place! It has been a great experience!

I was hospitalized and missed my payments due to illness and the managers refused to waive two late fees. People I spoke to on the phone were rude. My bill has also gone up $30 within one year of having this unit.

I came in to Cube storage and was pleasantly greeted . Francis proceeded to offer his assistance in helping me choose a unit that fit my needs. He was so pleasant, it was refreshing. Today in a world where people will barely greet you upon entering a business, it's nice to know there are people who still believe in customer service. You should definitely acknowledge him and compensate.him with a promotion because he has managerial skills that would benefit those who are younger and entering the work force with little to no interpersonal skills let alone customer service skills. So as you can tell I really enjoyed my experience. So since word of mouth is still the best form of advertisement, it is because of the experience I had with Francis,that I would recommend Cube Storage

initially there were issues securing the unit and i was less than happy with the customer service but decided to give the faciilty a chance and even told my son about the location because of the convenience and how clean and well lit the location was. however in less than 5 months this location raised the monthly on this small unit by 62% with less than 30 days notice. simply the combination of this bad business practice with such a major jump in price was just unacceptable. i felt that rather than looking for good customers they are using a bait and switch scam to lure customers and then take advantage which is unfortunate. though they have the right to increase there pricing i felt that less than 6 months and the amount of the increase was ridiculous. shame i liked the spot but i would not recommend anyone else for this location and have already warned the ones that i did recommend it to about the location practices so that they can be prepared should the same issue happens to them. lastly the check out was smooth and the young lady winnie was nice and pleasant and i told her so as well as highlighting my grievance.

Management is horrible. They have no regard for your complaints or concerns. They are allowed to harrash you if it's seen in the company's best interest. The bathroom always broken if they had the key, the sink don't work like they water off in the facility. Like I should be lucky that they toilets still flush. They don't care if they lose business they are making enough money. Sad part it's ran by black people yet they black people who work there treat other black people like they better then us cause we need their services.

The representative at the office was not very accommodating. I arrived at the office 20 minutes prior to closing and instead of completing my reservation to get me in before the codes would not be active he decided to multi-task and assist several other customers who came in after I was there. Unless you pay for a year in advance to lock in the price, they will raise the monthly rate 20% every 4-5 months. And when you try to speak to the store manager, they are indifferent and dismissive. Don’t bother trying to reach out to the district manager, they never get back to you.

Arrived at loc around 2pm found office closed due to only 1 person on duty, found her to be very sarcastic and a poor attitude. I was a new customer who had a number of questions and wanted clarification on some things. Her response was well you didn't read the contract ?? which was inappropriate since the unit she gave me wasn't the one I was initially shown. She also appeared annoyed when I questioned an insurance charge when i told her that I in fact had insurance. I will reevaluate the relationship after my 1st month. I don't recommend this location less than 5 months and they have already increased the rate 62% I will be canceling my contract 3/8/24 terrible customer service and business practices.

Advertising scam. The rates you see on the internet page are not accurate and more than likely are for storage units that require a ladder to reach. Also, you are forced to purchase insurance that includes a $10.25-$23.06 per month service fee. The building is poorly constructed and have had multiple instances of property damage although this location is “climate controlled “.

I haven't moved in yet but the staff is efficient professional and nice. The facility & storage unit are clean & the climate is comfortable. The only thing I would like is a light in the unit. The facility light eluminates the unit but not a lot. It's expensive for my budget but I believe my property will be secure stored there. At this point they deserve 5 stars. If things change I'll revisit the review.

The free pickup is only for the van. You’ll still pay the drivers $212 which doubles if it’s over 2 hours. Late opening and early closing time. You’re unable to keep your door down while going through your belongings. No outlets to charge your phone while there. The online price is different when you go sign your lease… Only 2 days in so far and I have a feeling there will be more things to criticize a month in.

They asked for 10 days notice. That's so they can rent your unit again if your move date is earlier than the last day of your month. Give your notice for the last day of the month that you paid for. Might as well keep them from making money that they're not sharing with you. Also, immediately apply for a refund of your insurance.

I just want to say that working with Sarah made my experience at CubeSmart superb. She was very nice and answered all of my questions to the T, leaving me without any concerns. I truly appreciate the assistance given being that this was a first time locker for me at a CubeSmart.

The worker here is really nice, without Francis’s help, I won’t be able to store all of my belongings. Four-star because of the facility: the locker is spacious, true, but it sucks when your locker is on the upper level in which you can only reach through climbing ladders. It would be the best to have friends or families to come to help with the move-in, especially if you have heavy boxes
