I have an Rv parked at this facility and someone attempted to break in over the winter and caused damage to the vehicle. the property manager assured me the damages would be covered. i waited 3 weeks for a response. i was told there is no phone number for their supervisor, which is ridiculous. how does the staff contact their boss if their is an emergency? i have now been told that the damages would probably not be covered. this company advertises safe storage with gates and 24 hour video recording. there are no cameras in the Rv parking area and i have attached the SAFE fence which is supposed to keep people out. do not store your things here!!!! Addition to review: cubesmart replied with an email address i should send my concerns to. I sent two emails and received no response. They just post that to make it look as if they want to help but no reply and no help!!!!

The 5x12 unit is a bit odd (it’s actually set inside of a 12x12 that has been split in half by two doors and a wall), but Roxanne was super helpful in getting me set up for my short-term storage needs. I go to the CIA so we have to move items out during August, and I was able to get the first month free, greatly reducing the price I will pay for 2 months of storage.

I spoke to the general manager today she was so nice on the phone, I explain to her I was just tryna pay my bill but she was from the corporate office and she wanted to help me but I insisted on speaking to the manager at the storage where I rent from in Poughkeepsie. I told her it was a pleasure to speak to you and thanks for helping but I’ll speak to you associates. anyway whole staff is real friendly, and they make you feel welcome and that’s important. I just want to say thanks to my home girl (red head) at cube smart Poughkeepsie best price best location and best customer service ever. It’s time to give credit when it due. **BEWARE** ?????????? 1. The most expensive storage units in the area. 2. Other local storage facilities are 1/2 the price!! 3. Prices increase randomly without notice. The new management (Cubesmart) at 212 Van Wagner Rd., Poughkeepsie, NY. A new “PARKING FEE TAX” is being charged to customers at this location. Other storage facilities upstate in this area do not charge this “TAX”. Possibly a NY city tax brought upstate by CUBESMART. When I requested more information regarding this “Tax” I was promised a call back but never received one!
