After any applicable free rent promotions have been exhausted and you have rented your storage unit for at least one fully paid month, CubeSmart will plant a native tree in partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation™. Since 2010, we've worked with various organizations to plant over 350,000 trees used for reforestation and wildfire rehabilitation.

The Arbor Day Foundation™ has over 50 years of experience in planting trees in the right places for the biggest impact. Using a science-based approach, they identify forests and communities globally that would benefit most from trees.

From May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026, for every eligible rental, CubeSmart will contribute $1.00 to the Arbor Day Foundation, with a minimum donation of $50,000. The mission of the Arbor Day Foundation is to inspire people to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees. More information about the Arbor Day Foundation is available by mail at 211 N.12th St., Lincoln, NE 68508 or at www.arborday.org. Purchases from CubeSmart will not be tax deductible.
