Excellent Service and accomodations!!! We were able to rent suitable space to store our papers for carriers to pickup from. The location is great, only a few minutes away from the 481 ramps on Kirkville Rd. The buildings and lot were always clean, and well maintained. Easy access through oversized gates to accommodate large vehicles. They even have a phone app for touch less entry through the gates. The lot was always plowed and saltedp in the winter. All the storage areas are secured by metal gates and fencing, and monitored through remote cameras. They do have an onsite office, open most of the day, and hand out a phone number for additional help. It has been a pleasure to do business with them !!

Terrible experience. The truck that was rented was wet on the inside. Told the person working, and he just said he knew he did not even offer a towel or rags to clean it up. Also, when returned, he clocked the milage at 25 miles more than it was. Good thing we took before and after pics of the milage.. make sure to take pix of milage !!! Always

We had rented a good size rental unit for about a year. It was very clean and dry. Throughout all 4 seasons we had checked on our items in storage, and we never had an issue. Everything was dry, intact, and remained in great condition. We have a beautiful wooden rocking horse that’s been in our family for over 30 years, that was in storage. It remained in perfect condition. We are very happy and pleased with this company. We highly recommend them and we will use them again in the future if we need room to store any of possessions.

My review is of their U-HAUL rental practice. Beware! We drove one of their trucks 9 miles. We didn't even use a gallon of gas. They said we used more than that and charged us for 4 gallons of gas to go 9 miles. They wouldn't refund us knowing full well wer would have never used that much in 9 miles. And they charged way over market price for the gas. Grant ripped us off and I wouldn't recommend anyone renting a truck from there especially if you're dealing with Grant he was a severe jerk.

Both Thelma and Grant are excellent at customer care. Our rental process could not have been any easier, from the initial access to our unit to our final clean out, we basically had a contactless experience. The hours this storage facility was open are very convenient. The entire property is clean and well maintained. I had no issues whatsoever with storing my belongings at this facility. The group worked with my schedule and I was successful in getting an RV storage spot the met MY needs. The facility is neat, clean and professionally staffed. Highly recommend. Upon completing my contract, the manager was very understanding and there was no pressure. Throughout the entire lease, Customer service, billing and electronic access to my site was seamless. When I need to store my RV again I know where I will look first for space.

These guys are great. I used them for over 2 years and they are my best experience in renting all over the country, over the last 16 years. Military discount, friendly staff, and even let me park a trailer there for a few days during a move. Some advice: if you call and get connected with the national call center, just hang up and call back later. The local folks make for a much better experience.
