I recently signed up and found the location staff (Jay) very helpful and friendly. The process, introductory prices and space seemed good and the ability to unload you car or truck inside in an unloading bay for big moves seemed very useful in case of bad weather.

No bathroom but a portable potty. They do not offer what they advertise unless you rent on line, cannot get the same deal in the store. No place for trash, not even small trash. It is clean, however.

This is in a weird office park, but the inside is great. When driving to it, I wondered if we were in the right place. The parking lot is huge from prior usage.

Service was good……. Storage unit was great but they dont let you use building bathrooms…..They rented a port-a-potty in the loading area inside the building very strange and im a mover so i have been to many storage places this is a first

Went to help a friend move there stuff into a unit. Great service, super friendly, super clean building! I do wish the cell service was better or the WiFi was stronger.. I couldn't use my phone while I was there. Overall super great experience for self storage though

My daughter said Customer service is bad. When you call no one ever answers the phone you can't even pay your bill on line . They had a water leak next to her unit and would not check her unit or let her check it until she paid her bill. Dock is small with two garage doors but one has been broken for a while so you have to wait until others finish . Manager is rude and unprofessional do not rent here you will have a rude awakening.

The facility decided to raise my rate $30 for no reason. I called to speak to someone about it and he acted like I was bothering him. When asked for a phone number to corporate to someone, he gave me a number that you cannot even get ahold of a real person. On top of that this facility has people living there!! I let them know in February and they are still there!! Horrible customer service. One of the roll up doors has been broken 9 out of the 12 months I was renting. Extremely inconvenient. Porter potty indoors with no ventilation.

Kinda hard to find your storage cube no map to show layout of building for unit numbers and no access to a bathroom or where they are located. Only one garage door is operational which creates unnecessary wait time. But it is a nice facility clean and lighting is adequate to navigate in building and surveillance cameras are a plus.

Great customer service in the office when I needed to change my space at the last minute. The app is convenient. It's very convenient the space can be accessed at any time. The one downside is the doors-- the garage doors didn't always work and the main doors into the storage area could not be propped open.

The overall experience was good the staff was very efficient and knowledgeable. My only concern was that there are are two loading doors and one was not working. Another tenant told me that the door had not been working for as long as he had been there, about a month. Only having one functional door caused me a short delay but had someone arrived who needed access during the hour I was loading I would have been inconvenienced.

The office person was super helpful! He found a different space for me when I got there and didn’t like the space I was in. Excellent customer service! The only con is that the spaces are not numbered consecutively and the map was difficult to navigate.

The staff is wonderful. Super helpful and friendly. The facilities are clean and well maintained. It is not the staff’s fault that the Cube Smart marketing is misleading. I felt the same way I feel when I buy a car. There is the sticker price, but then fees that you have to pay which are not disclosed upfront.

It's new and clean. The manager was extremely helpful. She moved me to a storage unit closer to the door than the computer had assigned me, since it was available, and explained everything clearly. Everything was quite satisfactory.
