Wow, Finally fixed that fence in rear !! As a past tenant returning to CubeSmart, I was happy to see some improvements. I noticed the newer manager has been replacing the door parts and locking latch while visiting the property the other day which is a BIG improvement !! One of the things i liked and notice first was a black rope you can pull up with ease finally!! Happy customer and would recommend

I recently moved into a unit at CubeSmart on E Independence Blvd. Overall, it’s been a great experience thus far. The place is clean and well-maintained, and the manger was honest, friendly, professional, and he actually took the time to make sure you understand everything. Moving stuff in was easy. I liked that the units are drive-up accessible, lighting was good, and the gate code the managef on site showed me how to punch in as this was my first time with storage. Pricing overall, it was pretty reasonable, especially with the first month free and a discount. But all in all, I’d definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for storage in the area. It’s convenient, secure, and the customer service alone makes it worth it.

I just rented a storage unit yesterday from the Independence Blvd location. From the start Matt helped me from A-Z. He was very professional and polite and answered every question I had. Before leaving he walked out to make sure my gate code worked and explained the hours of access to me thourghly. It was a very clean and well maintained place also. They have a lot of security cameras so I know my things will be safe. The rates are amazing and the insurance they offer is very affordable!!! I recommend anyone looking for storage to go check out the Independence location store. Definitely worth it!!!

My experience at the Independence Blvd location has been terrific. The attendant that set me up with my storage unit was familiar with me when I arrived because I booked the unit online. The facility’s hours are great because I can utilize the secure gate even into the late evening. Their location is very central to my area and to a lot of areas in Charlotte. Good price too!

Ben was great. I needed a unit and they did not have the size that I needed. Ben took my number and said that if he had one in the size of hat I will as looking for that he would contact me. A couple of days later I received a call from Ben and they had a unit open up. Went to look at the unit and it is as exactly what I needed. I would give this facility a zero if possible. Way overpriced! Does not offer climate controlled units. Roof has a leak and cardboard boxes were damaged and water remains on the floor. I was offered no apology or compensation or repair.

Fantastic experience with signing up for a CubeSmart storage locker. Kathy was a great facilitator, making sure I understood what I needed to know, that I had the equipment I needed and that I would be able to use the storage to the best availability. Kathy went above and beyond when the first unit she showed me had some damage to the wall (which would be fixed within a week) and decided that I shouldn't have to wait for that. She found me an identical unit that was ready immediately. Great service.

I highly recommend CubeSmart Self Storage on Independence because they understand what excellent customer service is. After comparing storage units and pricing, I registered online for my unit and within just a few hours, I received a phone call from Ben confirming my rate and providing all necessary information. He was so helpful on the phone and when I went in to sign the paperwork he was not only helpful but he went the extra distance to make sure I knew all options and to be sure I understood the terms of my lease. I had to do a lot of research before I would trust a storage place to move my stuff into and I can honestly say they do not disappoint. Pam is very helpful and friendly anytime you are there and truly cares about her clients and their items, and Ben is just as kind he even brought water out to me qhile i was unloading into my unit because it was a hot day. Not to mention they have the best prices for a storage unit in the area. I have no regrets at all with this location and you won't either.
