Did an online reservation for a unit , when I arrived in person the lady working front desk walked me to my unit showed me how to unlock it and gave me a unit bag that had paperwork , in my unit was a lock keys to my new unit. The unit is air controlled and the fans are running 24/7 but the lights are timed and depending on where your unit is located you will have to walk a bit away to activate the lights to turn on .When I left the facility I got details somewhat when I called to ask about pricing … They couldn’t clarify when my unit price would go up .. but that it would only go up in price one time … hoping it’s not outrageous posted 7/31/25

Selected this location due to their direct online reviews and location. Clean, has carts to use when moving, etc. No issues since renting starting in March. However, just received notice my bill is increasing 25% next month. Paying $97 now and increasing to $121 (This includes insurance). Be aware! They have every right to do this but it is extremely poor business management and while I get inflation, this is NOT that. Think twice before moving into this facility due to their practices. Find a place with a longer term lease option because moving in is easy, making plans to move out a few months later due to 25% rate increase is not. And they are fully aware of this bc most will opt to stay vs the hassle of moving. Who’s to say they won't do it again in a few months.

I can’t speak for any of the other locations, but Vanessa at this location is a true professional. She was friendly, professional, she answered all my questions. She was thorough and she was patient. The unit was clean. The walkways were clean. No marks anywhere. The grounds outside were clean. The doors operated properly. There was no trash or debris outside either. Not all storage facilities have staff that operate the way she does and this one is very well kept. She is a good manager. I left there feeling good about the decision to store contents here temporarily.

I was elated to find a storage facility that still charges affordable prices after the one I was using for 1 year and 11 months went up on the storage unit price 3 times during that period. The move in process was somewhat seamless (took a while to get my insurance proof transfered and provided), and the carts used could be more user friendly (see option in picture below). I did not like that I was charged for a lock not knowing one was provided in a "welcome" bag sitting in my unit, which was supposedly offered to those doing an "online" move-in (that was not my situation). When asked if I could get refunded for the lock I purchased after seeing one was already provided, I was told that I could not. This need to be communicated better to renters in the future.

All started well until I spoke to a representative who told me that I could return the unopened lock that I was made to purchase online because they weren’t open on sundays. I asked since I had my own lock can I return theirs on Monday? I was told yes so I confirmed my online order then a phone call from the local office who told me after the fact that I could not return it. ??????? Also, in order to move your items in you have to always enter your entry code each time you enter the building, which is a lot when your moving boxes and furniture.

I love this storage place! The GM was very helpful in assisting me in upgrading to a larger unit. He called me back to explain the details in order to make the transfer.
