This is probably the cleanest, most complete storage unit I’ve seen. They even have a truck for local moves! The garage pull in makes me and my belongings feel safe as I load and unload them. Devin was super awesome, friendly and helpful during my whole process from the phone to loading. Definitely recommend this particular facility to all family and friends!

I have been a customer of Cube Smart for over 3 years. The building is clean and you get to choose many different size units and prices. The store mangers Pam and Sh'Nina are very nice at your 5803 West Gate City store in Greensboro, NC and your store on 3007 Martinsville Rd in Greensboro. My only concern is that the increases happen to often. It's really hard for seniors to budget around these prices that keeps changing. I hope you consider keeping the prices low and more affordable.

This location is clean and very accessible. However, be aware that you will constantly get rate increases for no explanable reason! I understand inflation, but theses constant increases are ridiculous!

I was really impressed with the quality and look of the units, and all of the access to and from the unit was very well kept. Available dolly carts for use were a huge help with shifting the largest furniture in. Combined with a furniture dolly from U-Haul, it even got the largest, most awkward to haul, living room furniture shifted easily. Additionally, the staff I spoke with were most helpful. Definitely would recommend.

Storage service was as promised. Temperature controlled, well lighted, clean, easy access. What I'm not so happy about is that 1) forced to buy a lock & key that I probably will not use again, 2) forced to buy insurance through them, 3) admin fees and 4) space is rather expensive

If I could give this storage unit a 10 star rating I would. Where do I begin? It started while I was on the phone with a lady named Pam. She was such a great help as I was trying to find a storage unit for over the summer. She was So friendly and helpful with the whole process of deciding what size storage unit I needed (as this was my first time purchasing one). Then on the day I came to get my key I met a lady named Jas and if she didn’t match Pam’s energy. Helped me with my storage unit, assisted me and my parents on food places to go to after moving everything in. Then I spoke to Jas again once it was time to take my stuff out the unit and I was greeted with a smile. That’s one thing I can say about Jas and Pam. They will greet you with a smile that’ll brighten your day. Riley appreciate them.

Avoid Cubesmart! These people are liars and scammers. I asked for a smaller unit. They "upgraded" me at "no extra charge" to a larger unit. I told them that I didn't want the larger unit for the same price as the smaller unit, because they'd just increase my rent later to the price of the larger unit. They told me that wouldn't happen. Here we are one year later and I have received two rent increases. In one year, my rent has DOUBLED. These people are crooked. Avoid them.

This location of Bee Safe is awesome. From the staff to the tenants.....I have never found anyone to be nothing but polite, friendly and oh so helpful. Amber in the office has addressed every question I have had in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this location. And on a rainy or beastly hot day.....the drive thru loading area is a wonderful feature.
