I was having a great experience with this company, however I went to go pay my bill through the app and they bumped up my rate by about $40 without informing me. I called they said they sent an email, I haven’t received an email from the company since I got my intial information about the unit. When I called the manager she said after so long they increase rates but I was never made aware of this during the process of getting my unit. Even in the app it still it has my original rate of $110 and the company is saying now my rate is $157. Extremely disappointed with the fact that I now have to find another unit without notice. Thanks a bunch??

Rent is way too high for what it is worth. When we asked about it they blew us off and told us to essentially deal with it, that they could do what they want. When we asked about a smaller unit they told us that it wouldn’t save any money to downgrade. Store your stuff elsewhere if I were you.

I tried to reserve a unit on the first floor a month before my arrival. I have a disability and can not walk far. I was told I could not hold a unit this long and could only reserve one week in advance. After waiting until one week before arriving, there was one unit left, a smaller one, on the third floor....and a lot of walking.

I have had the best experience at Bee Safe Kernersville. The staff (Melissa and Tahtiana) have the most amazing customer service. They are always friendly and helpful. Melissa is so easy to deal with and can answer any question you have. Tahtiana has such a bubbly personality. I have always been greeted by either of them with a smile. You can tell they both love what they do. The building is kept in immaculate condition. They also take the current state of the world very seriously with face mask requirements and social distancing. The service is amazing. The place is amazing very clean. Very wide they give you carts for you to take your merchandise. 100% climate control very clean bathrooms You can rent a truck from them if you need it. Overall, very very very happy with the place. Recommended to anyone I give it five stars. Prices are very reasonable.

The facility itself is extremely clean, safe and convenient. Elevators, dollies, coded security doors, multiple sized units and boxes are all readily available and functional.
