Easy and convenient access. Clean. However, deceptive when changing units. I was quoted a cheaper rate for the smaller unit. After moving stuff from a larger unit to a smaller unit, 1/2 the size, found from next invoice the price did not change. I was irate. They would not change. Will be moving out soon

If you are looking for long-term storage, I would go elsewhere due to the fact that they don’t allow you to lock in a rate and will increase the rent substantially as time goes on. I left after I started paying over $100 more per month than when I signed up. Their explanation is that they need to increase rates in order to keep up with the rising cost of providing such superior service, but that is a pretty useless explanation and doesn’t actually mean anything. Also, I can see right now that they are renting the same size unit I had for even LESS than what I first starting paying 1.5 years ago. Rates I was charged for 10x15 unit: June 2021: $237.70 October 2021: $291.00 July 2022: $340.00 I’m sure the company will give the typical customer-service BS reply to this review.. just be aware what you’re getting into if you are looking for somewhere long term.

The rental process was so easy. I was able to rent a unit over the weekend and immediately without even having to see anyone in person. The lady over the phone was so helpful and patient. She guided me right through the process. The units were so very convenient and what an excellent idea. I'm so impressed with how smoothly the whole process was that I have been telling everyone. The units were so clean. So nice to have the hand carts to carry things in and out. I felt very safe there as well. As a female that is very important as i often was alone when accessing my unit. I will definitely be using it again if storage is ever needed. Thank you

Bee Storage kept the building too warm and my furniture developed mildew over the course of the year I rented a 10x10 climate controlled???unit. I wanted them to pay to get my 6 pieces of furniture cleaned. I was referred to their insurance company(Bee requires their tenants carry the insurance) and had to contact them multiple times after supplying them with picture documentation(that they requested).The person whom I finally got in touch with and was assigned to my claim stated it was a non covered issue. My things I had in there were probably worth over $15K. That's my story and figured I might as well air my grievance. Disregard the owner response. They have my information and are well aware of the problem/ if they were genuinely interested in resolving this problem.

Really nice and clean reasonably the best deal I found without worrying about flooding. Don't stress the floors the carts and elevators make it all pretty easy. I like being a floor up in storage places due to having a unit be flooded once before at another facility. Got a larger one and was able fit a three bedroom house full of kids stuff.

Office staffs were pleasant and friendly however I gave three stare because I was not able to fit a piece of my furniture on the elevator and had to get a second storage unit for that said piece of furniture. I ended up paying the same insurance and administration fees twice after I could not get my couch to my second floor storage unit and I had no choice but to get a second storage unit for just one couch. I felt they should at least waived the fees since the elevator also malfunctioned
