There was never any one there on site just a sign says _I'll be back" there was a time on it . but no one ever came . no bathrooms to use . Overall the storage unit was clean and the door worked

The storage location is convenient, and they offer a variety of unit sizes. My only complaint is that the key lock was snapped—fortunately, I had a spare key. It would be great if they could improve the quality of their locks. Sierra (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly), the storage manager, was very helpful and coordinated with my friend to assist with the unloading while I wasn’t present.

Key to the lock they provided snapped on the third time using it with barely any pressure Applied. Large amount of gravel in front of the storage unit directly underneath the garage door, which makes it hard to roll things in and out on a dolly.

Edit: The cost went up 20%!! We will be looking for a new storage facility. The pricing isn't too expensive, and the location is convenient. But the facility itself needs renovation. All of the 'garage' doors need work. But the most noticeable problem is the pavement and concrete. There's a lot of gravelly rubble at the entrances to the units that quite honestly are a trip hazard.

I had a emergency and needed a cheap storage space quick. The online reservation made it very easy. I got my code to the gate and a welcome bag with a lock & key were in there. Checking out was easy, although I didn't catch anyone in the office, leaving a simple voicemail saying I was cleared out was all that was needed. Will use again one day.

We just rented a storage unit - just a small 5 x 10 size with really high ceilings so you can stack if you want and Angela was awesome and amazing it’s locked area and they’re getting ready to repave the entire area so it’ll be really really smooth and nice and there’s a gated area for code to get in!

Run!!!! They don't return calls and seem to be great at avoiding customers that have issues. We moved here from out of state and put most of our stuff in storage here. They never let us know the units flood with a quarter inch of water. We let them know upon moving out and finding a bunch of our stuff ruined. They said they will email us insurance info to make a claim they never did. We called many times no call backs.

The most run down storage facility I have ever seen. There are massive weeds growing out of the fences and ground that hit your car. The ground is tore up. There is paint everywhere. There is no after hours phone number. One gate is broken and stuck open half the time. We are literally going to pay extra to move out of this dump.

I'm very happy to do business with G.V.S. It's a safe storage unit, the young lady who works here is so helpful, has turned my "bad experience for needing storage to begin with" into a very pleasant one.
