Cine Smart is the place to store your items in a safe n secure place. The office clerk is as courteous and sweet as ever. As an business organization, you did great hiring her to take care of your business with pride and great customer service. The only reason I gave it. 4 out of 5 stars is because the dust from the concrete floor can sometimes become airborne with all the sliding of your items and bins. Other than that 4.5 out of 5

We just started with this storage unit but I have to say...it is exceptionally clean. The temperature control is really good compared to other places. It is more brightly lit and so it will be easy to accomplish the organization work in my space. But the best part of our experience has been meeting Chase and then Terence. Both Chase and Terence are outgoing, patient, kind, have great senses of humor, and answer my 1000 questions with ease. At the same time they are professional and organized and keep on task while still maintaining a comfortable flow of information and work. I really appreciate this kind of attitude and ease when I am engaged in a business transaction. Well done Cube Smart. I am happy we chose you!

I shopped around and CubeSmart has the best prices, so I was shocked at how well the facility is run, and how professional and nice the staff is. Typically you wouldn’t expect the lowest priced facility to be so nice all the way around. The staff is super accommodating, always available, and HAPPY to address your needs. Awesome awesome customer service. Terrance and Chase both were patient with me. I made the mistake of selecting online a 10x3. I got to the location 10 minutes before closing. Terrance took his time to show me the actual size of the storage unit prior to me paying. I switched immediately to a 5x8 unit. Chase she was so professional she explained everything to me. They both had awesome and professional attitudes. The area was clean and well lit!I liked the fact that everyone is able to see the security cameras in the lobby. I definitely would recommend this place if you are in need of a storage unit .

This is the BEST storage facility I have ever dealt with. Chase and Terrance are awesome representatives for this company. Whenever I need them they are available and ready to assist.The facility is always clean,secured and the dollys are always available for use. The cost isn't bad.The service is above and beyond.The indoor storage is awesome.I was moving out and still needed storage for some items, I restarted another storage unit. I live atleast 20 miles away now but I couldn't image storing my things anywhere else and with the convenience of autopay that makes it even better. No worries about getting to facility for monthly payments. I highly recommend this CubeStorage on Glenway and many many thanks to Chase and Terrance.
