My son And neighbor accidentally ordered the wrong size storage (never send a man to do a woman’s job) lol j/k and when we got here we noticed that the one ordered was way too small, I seen Meci and asked if she was the manager she answered yes so pleasantly and offered her help instantly, she changed our storage size and also she was so well mannered and very nice …. Great facility and nice employees. Love the access system. I have a climate controlled unit and it works well. 1 star off for lack of equipment. There seems to be only one dolly for the climate controlled units and if there’s several people moving things it can be a hassle. Would recommend at least one other but 2 for each entrance would be ideal so there is always one available.

This place is NICEEEE! I was welcomed with fresh smiles and Great energy from the Beautiful Mrs. Tina . She was sooo nice to me fr and she was very easy to talk too. She was excellent with explaining the contract and helping me with picking out the right storage unit that best suits my needs. The building smelled so good and it was all new and everything and was very welcoming. I will definitely recommend this storage to everybody I know. 5stars for sure.
