2nd update: I emailed the address below with complete details and they refrained from contacting me back. Beware of using this company as district managers complete lies instead of being accountable. The District Manager Richard has zero Business Ethics, Respect for People, nor Accountability/Yelling the truth. I have hear this from other customers and multiple previous employees. He covers at least Indianapolis to Cincinnati, so avoid any locations between the two cities. Update: I was informed there would be no added fees so the check could come in. It came in on a Tuesday, and I immediately deposited it at the bank branch. It cleared on Friday, and I went Friday to pay for the units. There were around an extra $250 worth of fees on my accounts. Though k was told there would be no added fees, there are and the District Manager (Richard) refuses to remove them. I did everything that was asked; and on there end, they kept zero of the word. It took over 2 months to receive the check. Original: one of my units were auctioned off one for than what was owed on it but almost 2 months later they have yet to refund me the difference which they are legally required to do. No one knows what to do and the DM says…I will send an an email…I checked a report. The unit being auctioned was strictly my fault as I was sick for an extended time and thought it was on auto-pay. The contents of the unit being sold is strictly on me, and no fault of location.

Moving is difficult. Moving from one state to another exacerbates the entire endeavor. Using a POD and U-Haul with a transport pulling a car compounds everything. The U-Haul storage wasn’t big enough- no POD room or time to unload- I found CubeSmart and was able to have the POD unloaded right in front of the storage garage- not every place accommodates!! Not exactly the best place to get in and out of with a load....that being said for any empty trailer parking or extra trucks it's perfect for the price you got lots of room to park even your RV. But again, NIGHTMARE with any sort of loaded trailer or UHaul. Make sure every single item is tied down!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We rented a space at this facility to store our Travel Trailer. A “secure gate” that requires a passcode is present and the gate is only open until 10:00 PM. Additionally, security cameras were noted to be visible when I entered the office to sign the lease agreement. We dropped our camper off on 9/12/21 (mid afternoon) and picked it up 9/17/21 in the evening to go out for a trip. No damage was visible to the exterior of our camper. Upon arrival to our campsite we opened our kitchenette up to find our griddle missing. Someone had used their key and forced our lock. The lock was busted and loose. The slide frame that allowed the griddle mount and griddle to slide in and out was bent. The griddle mount and griddle as well as the propane hose Hook ups were gone. We had a space we backed in to. The kitchenette was not visible as there were trailers and campers on either side of us. The kitchenette was on the back side of the camper. Someone who knows campers (many people rent spaces for them there) has to have been the one to take it. They took the griddle and griddle only. How else do you know to look there for such an appliance. When I asked the footage be reviewed and made this suggestion about it being a tenant (as you’d need a gate code and camper knowledge) the manager questioned how I was sure it was stolen while there and said there wouldn’t be a way to prove it was someone who rents space from them. They also skimmed the footage and said they “couldn’t see much on the footage”. I explained we used the equipment on 9/12 at our campsite for breakfast and parked it there that day and didn’t come back until 9/17. That we went straight from our storage space to our campsite over 2 hours away with no stops. The property manager seemed less than eager to help so a police report was filed. Don’t be fooled and think that they frequently walk the property. The cameras are not good quality or placed well and your stuff isn’t guaranteed safe.

New owners don't care about people; just their money. They raised the price of our storage unit $25 during the shut down for COVID 19. Driveway in between units is always dirty and has trash laying around. The ceiling/insulation is falling down in our unit.

Great prices, excellent customer service, easy web payments. Safe, secure, easily accessible storage. No bugs, mice, rats, or other assorted unwanted additions to my stuff. I've been renting here over 6 months with absolutely no problems or issues. Highly recommend. Update: Under new management. Read rules and follow carefully to avoid fines, late fees and lock outs. Call management for fast, friendly, professional service with any questions and things will continue to run smoothly. Place is cleaner and more secure than before. Well worth the money, and still cheaper than other storage centers in this area.
