I just moved from my old storage unit at another storage venue to CubeSmart self storage in Milwaukie a couple weeks ago. So far everything's been great! Jill the property manager is awesome and so very helpful. She answered all of my questions and gave me a little tour, to show me the unit I would be renting before I signed any paperwork ... to be sure that it was the right one for a me, etc etc! I believe I got the best deal I could for my 10x20 unit. It's $200 cheaper, per month, than the last place! So that's definitely a plus! This place is super clean and seems pretty secure and safe. I feel content in storing our stuff here. Thanks again, to Jill, for helping to make our transition from one storage to another, a way less stressful and easier experience for us!

Lynn was phenomenal! Answered any questions that we had, before we even needed to ask them! We just got our new unit today, but she sure seemed like she genuinely cared about her customers, even saving us money on insurance. I don't know of any other storage unit that would ever try to SAVE the customer money. My phone calls were returned in a timely manner by Lynn who was friendly, knowledgable & helpful. I had the choice to do everything on line including sign the contract or to go to the office take a tour, sign the contract, and get my entrance code. The unit was clean and all have roll up doors. The property was well lit, clean and secure. The unit was on sale and free for the 1st month (except for admin fee or $29.00 & insurance which you have the choice of how much you want unlike surrounding competitors who only have 1 amount They also stay open an hour longer that local competitors I was very pleased .

Olga at the front desk felt like family the way she greeted me and answered all my questions! She is Very personable and friendly and makes sure all your needs are met! Very nice place to rent from, all around. Reasonably priced, well secured, good elevators and carts. It wasn’t advertised to me, but I think they offer 1/2 off the first two months rent, which came as a great surprise. Might want to double check on that one. Anyway, it was easy to get a unit and paying online is nice. Much better than the other not-local storage options in the area.

Awesome security with cameras everywhere and elevators that only take you to the floor your code applies for. Pricing was more than competitive with units being clean, heated and well lit. Even has a covered loading area! Service was great too! Tip:. After entering code, you have to press the button on the elevator really quick.

I had rented from Public Storage for the last 5 years and needed a larger space, they told me they thought they had one but weren't sure if the door was fixed or not. When I pressed, because I needed more space, right away, they said nope, sorry, nothing available. I have been renting my units for about 6 months. This is a wonderful storage facility. Very clean unit and grounds. Savannah has been wonderful. She is helpful and always pleasant. Eventually I will reduce down to on unit. Since units are reasonably priced, I will keep on smaller unit for a year or so for extra storage. Thank you for offering such a clean facility!

Brand new storage facility between Sellwood and Happy Valley. The manager, Savannah, is so nice and provided amazing customer service. Not only did she call me immediately after receiving my contract (which is done online - how convenient!), she gave us a tour and showed the unit herself. The first three months is 50% off. 5x5 is 57/mo which seems extremely reasonable. Elevators, temperature controlled and carts everywhere.
