Just want to say I was concerned because my stuff was in storage for more time than I had intended. But everything that I had put in, was in the same condition as it was several years prior, even though I hardly ever had time to check on the unit. Frasier was an excellent place to store my things, and hopefully I won’t have to do it again but if I did, that’s where I would go. Thanks, CubeSmart Frasier.!!

After having storage in the same location for about 10 years, I had to empty my container due to rising costs. I never imagined I would be paying nearly $175 a month for a 5x10 non conditioned storage unit for so long. Customer service seemed a little more difficult to reach the past few years since covid. Hours of operation weren't the best either. I recently went to throw away a trash bag from my storage unit and the dumpster bins inside of the gate were all locked. Completely shocking:( All in all I would have kept the unit if the prices for storage went down instead of up for a long time customer. Unfortunately it is much cheaper to find other storage units in the area for less than half the cost. I could no longer justify keeping the unit so I had to make a change. Jon O.

Cubesmart raises their rates endlessly. If you're renter for more than a year, you need to change to a different unit every year in order to capture a reasonable rate. They do not value long term renters.

Once I figured out the layout of the facility it was easy. I’ve never had a storage unit before so I got a little messed up finding it at first. The ceilings are nice and tall and the doorway is nice and wide. I wish the door opened the opposite direction though and I had hoped for a “drive up” unit with the garage door as the main entrance to the unit but probably just an oversight on my part

The units are clean, roomy and easy to access and the staff are helpful. What they don't tell you when you reserve a unit, or until you are already in the sign-up process is that they require you to buy their insurance, and their padlock, unless you bring proof of your own insurance and your own padlock with you. And neither of those "options" can be avoided if you sign-up online. In addition, the door latches are designed to work with only a limited range of padlocks, with limitations on shank diameter and length.

I am in between homes and recently, my aunt gave me some of her furniture. I was already renting from CubeSmart and I was not sure If I should get a bigger unit. Was it worth taking the stuff? I already knew how things would go since I was there for two years. And really it was a no brainer because the prices are so reasonable. The people that work there are always so nice and helpful and they give you all options when you are making your choices with the unit sizes. They don’t try to steer you. I had my CubeSmart storage unit so much longer than I thought. I was only supposed to have it for a couple of months but I ended up keeping it for around two years. In that time I have had no issues and the price went up only slightly. There were things going on in my life that I was preoccupied with and it was nice that having the storage was not one of them. The people in the office are always so nice and helpful.

Be careful when dealing with Chuck at the desk. He will double charge your card. This has happened several times. He will also lie directly to your face. My advice, if he is at the desk, turn around and walk out. Come back when Ryan is there. It is a real shame because this used to be an easy place to deal with but when a company is about the balance sheet and not the customer, cheap, dishonest and inadequate labor win out.
