Wasn’t having a good day when I rented my space . Couldn’t find the unit office was closed and I Literally was having a meltdown in the parking lot . Then out of the corner of my eye we see a young guy walking over . Turns out he was the general manager and even though the office was closed and he was on his own time, he gave me directions on where to go. The easiest route to get into my unit told me the lock would be inside with instructions on how to use it and just made everything go from bad to good because he was kind and courteous and helpful !! But his kindness was going to be put to the test . I couldn’t access my email to get my code to exit the property because my phone was acting up so we had to knock on his door to be able to get out of the property and to my surprise. He was very nice wasn’t upset didn’t have an attitude it was quite the opposite. He came down. He helped us. He told us a good way to remember our code And then we were on our way. I really want to thank him for being so professional and nice and going out of his way to help us it did not go unnoticed THANK YOU and did I mention I’m here visiting so we’re really all of our element and he really treated us like we were neighbors. At this point I have no complaints. The gentleman at the front desk is cordial. Last week I had a problem with my key. He immediately took care of it. I have a small unit. Has no smell, clean,etc. I wish however, there was inside light. Overall I’m satisfied.

So far excellent. The manager is awesome and very helpful and knowledgeable. I have spent over 16k at your CubeSmart. I had to move to smaller less expensive units but I am very unhappy that my rates will change in 6 months. Just not a posture way to keep a customer loyal.

Went into this establishment reserved a unit came in the next day and realized I didn’t need it. Gave back the lock and bag they gave me. They took my address and said I would receive a check in the mail. Days, weeks went by and nothing. Called in today and the manager or whoever Cameron basically said I wasn’t getting nothing back and hung up on me. I don’t know what kind of customer service this is but I will be filing a complaint! They literally lied took my money and hung up on me!!! Horrible horrible customer service!

Rented here for almost a year. The level of communication is as horrible. The employees and management were rude. I was advised I had a certain day to make my payment (it was late) and when I advised I’d be making the payment they’d already sold off my unit and then all of my PERSONAL PAPERWORK including my social security, birth certificate, degrees, etc were given to the buyer which is against the law! I was then advised with a snooty response that there’s nothing they can do about it when in fact, now we have to worry about our identity being stolen. They lied and just wanted extra money. Plus, the additional fees they charged were ridiculous .

I rented this place under the understanding that I can do it all online and have access immediately. To find that that was not the case the sign on the door says that they’re open today which is a Monday that is also not the case. I called the 800 number and they were unable to help me, I’ve asked for a refund so that I can get a unit that I could have access to today because I need to report for my new job immediately. They told me they can’t do anything until Tuesday. I was given no options for alternatives, different units, different locations to possibly have what they advertise. It is all false advertisement, and I am extremely unhappy. I would not recommend this place.

Don't believe the price they quote you, as several added fees come on once you get there with the check written, and more money needs to be given for the employees pay and taxes, all which should be included in the price quote from the start. A tiny closet cost almost $90 for the 1st month and after that they will raise their prices & fees leaving you stuck paying a higher bill, moving it out or losing it all if you can't pay the raised amount. Security is another issue...don't count on getting in when you want as sometimes the gate code doesn't work and you're stuck on the outside looking in. Had they been honest and upfront with all these issues, I might have told others about this convenient location but their prices, etc leave a lot to be desired and not shared with friends. Not recommended.

I rented a 4x4 unit. I asked how high the unit was, I was told it was 8 foot. The day I was to move in I found out it was only 4 foot high. Also nobody said anything about needing to have insurance on your unit until I had already moved my material into the unit and was paying. So now it's more money per month that I wasn't counting for. The rest of the experience was fine. Staff was great.

I’ve leased a storage unit at this facility for the past 5 years. The property is clean and well taken care of. Management has always been good, however, the current managers (Haydee & Sylvia) are by far the best that I’ve dealt with. These women go above and beyond and are always pleasant and professional. OMG! Hayde and Sylvia! These folks are sensational. Their courtesy and expertise is beyond compare. guided me through the entire process, step by step and offered me the absolute best deal ever. And they are always there to assist in any manner needed. One time I failed to secure the door properly and they caught it immediately and contacted me and then followed through a second time. They actually are more concerned about my well being more then I am on a number of occasions. Feel totally grateful for discovering them and their services. So it's taken me a couple of months to write this review and for that I apologize. The ladies (thank you Sylvia and all!) at CubeSmart on Milroy Rd in Harrisburg are nothing short of AMAZING!! I was preparing for a move in mid-May and had one 10'x15' storage unit packed to the brim and another 5'x10' that was fairly full as well. As I have moved to Texas from a house to an apartment, there was no way I could bring all of my things with me and despite my desire to REDUCE I just didn't have the time. In order for me to make the most sensible move, I requested a new 10'x15' unit to assist my maneuvering of things over a weekend which they gladly agreed to at no charge, although I was willing to pay (they even let me borrow an extra lock they had lying around!). The new unit was more accessible than my previous 10'x15' and at the end of a few days I was able to consolidate what I needed to into the new unit. I was able to give back my 2 original units and now only have 1:). Everyone knows moving can be an extremely stressful experience and I cannot thank you all enough for your accommodation, sincerity, and help in making this part of the move an easier one.
