Tay and Diane were absolutely amazing! They helped me every step of the way and I got my unit while still pregnant. They were absolute sweethearts and made sure I was okay everytime I came when it was super hot out. Even throughout my time they always helped me with any questions that came up. Drove nearly two hours after confirming I could rent a unit, was quoted a price and time frame. I arrived the next day, another employee refused to honor the price quoted, refused to even rent the unit, called another customer right in front of me and offered the unit to them. Then this same company attempted to create a false narrative with other storage related companies (storage auction sites) by saying I never showed up. Incompetence is too generous for this facility. Shameful is more fitting.

Spent a great deal of time looking for a storage unit in the neighborhood of 500 sq ft with a true 8’+ door height. Many claimed to have the door height but almost none were. I was referred to Vicki P at the Harrisburg location from a sister location. I’m glad they did because she was able to give true dimensions and a price before I made another wasted trip. Filling out the paperwork was very straight forward and quick. Thanks for the great customer service Vicki!

My unit cost has doubled in 4 years with no improvements to the units or facility. Cameras were already here, gates, etc. found multiple facilities outside of the Cubesmart "family" that were half the price or less.

At the time I was stressed. Moving from a home I lived all but 8 yrs. Long story, recovering from illness, no one but 1 highly addicted & broke sibling offers to assist. I made it clear Thursday was only day I COULD NOT be there. He sets it up 4 Thurs w/my money covering outrageous amts. 8 hrs paid, worked 4 at most. I was not aware whomever is the one slapping down the $(even though my brother DID make it clear it was my belongings. Had to go in his name) He was given all needed to enter and exit storage. Employees were as helpful as they cld be, but rules were rules.He was legally the one renting storage and I assume contents also. To my utter SHOCK 1st time at storage all but junk was gone. I called the day before rentingto ask if ok via another person was bringing pmnt etc. out. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY I WAS NOT TOLD HOW ITS SETUP WLD BE. I'm now faced w/buying all new everything. Stor all is GREAT, very helpful. My screw up, painful lesson learned. Dont fear to, ask ask ask.
