2 of my kids and I first rented a space together but after a few months, we knew we needed our own spaces to best fit our individual needs. We began our first rental online, which was an easy process. When I tried to split us up, I caused some confusion. Nick to the time to hear what I was saying we needed, what I did wrong, and was able to fix things quickly. Not once giving me an attitude for causing him some extra work. Anything we may need, we know we can trust that he will help us out. Nick is a great asset to the company.

Way bigger than I thought it would be. Nick did an amazing job cleaning and I received a call from him welcoming us. The building itself is super clean and people around us were respectful. Cube smart on 6741 Allentown blvd is AMAZING! There isn’t another facility that I would keep or trust my memories with. The temperature is always spot on, its very clean and the staff is always available and helpful. When I was coming in to access my unit I overheard the new “Manager” Nick yelling about how it is fair that he has too help another customer with their delivery. As far as I knew one of the good things about CubeSmart was I could have stuff dropped at my cube if I wasn’t here. But now I’m hearing that is going to change cause it is going to take too much time out of his day? This isn’t very good customer service behavior.

This specific Cube Smart Self Storage unit @ 6741 Allentown Boulevard is the best ! This is the news one built in the area and you really can tell once you rent one of their units. Not to mention the staff is great and knowledgeable, specially Debbie. From the beginning she made renting a unit seamless for me. Even during the months I was renting I was always able to reach out to her and have all my questions answered . I personally rented a Climate Controlled Unit, which when ever I pulled up in my truck, all I had to do was hit a button on my Cube Smart App on my phone and the garage door would open immediately letting me gain access to my property. Once inside I could pull right up in front of my unit . Can’t suggest this place enough for anyone looking for a storage unit. Thanks for all your Help Debbie !

Love the fact that you can drive in and unload. The office staff person, Nick, was very polite and helpful. The restroom is also clean and neat, which is a rarity in storage facilities. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone. Nick is definitely an asset to this facility.
