Very poor. The desk guy lost our original reservation. He did not remember our conversation then shot us a price that was more than what was promised. I will probably have to complete it he transaction on line and wind up paying for days that I am not using. You have created stress and made my move more difficult. The place is clean but your admin skills are abysmal. Half a star.

Renting a storage space at Cube Smart is very easy, I completed the entire transaction online. The actual space itself is very nice. It is large, and clean. I especially like that it is climate controlled, that makes it nice to be able to load and unload while in the air conditioning. Everything about starting my rental was easy and I didn’t have to have any interaction with anyone. The directions that they emailed to me stating how I get into my storage unit were very clear and it was a matter of minutes from start to finish. I would have given 5 stars however the cost was higher once I was completing my order than the price that they quoted me. There were several added charges such as purchasing the lock, and another fee for something…may have been something they charge to start a lease. The deal that I was getting for the first month free ended up costing me about $95 in surprise fees!!! If they were more transparent regarding those charges from the beginning then I would have possibly given them 5 stars. Overall a positive experience and my stuff is in a good place.

TERRIBLE. It is next to impossible to talk to a person when dealing with CubeSmart. This was especially a problem because there is gated access on the side of the building that ONLY works during business access hours. I was there a few minutes after access to the building stopped and I was LOCKED in. There is NO sign, NO warning, NO override. In what world does it need to be locked from the INSIDE? There is NO way to contact anyone after business hours and even the police didn't have an emergency number for the location. We had to leave 2 cars there overnight and Uber back and forth to the unit. All because it was 10:04.

We used Cube Smart on Schuylkill Ave for our move from Ocean Pines,MD to Pottstown. The unit was ready when we arrived clean and large enough for our things. Bill our rental agent was knowledgeable and accommodating..we were happy leaving our things there. Recently on October 2 we moved into our new place of residence and emptied the unit out but also rented a smaller storage unit at CubeSmart in the area where we are living. Cube Smart was the storage Co we chose again because of prior experience.

I would like to say that the people who work at the front desk have been extremely not so nice to my family and I over the past couple months, I would also like to your office hours for Sundays need to change because that is ignorant to not be opened on a Sunday when people only have the ability to go in than. Especially when you need to get your guys lock off of it to put ours on. You guys here have shown nothing but rudeness expect for one person who actually wanted to help us out. You guys have actually never been super nice from doing practically nothing about the mice throughout the entire place to never being very helpful when questioned are asked.

Reserved unit 2 weeks ahead of time, checked in online. When I arrived, access code didn’t work, clerk was trying to help but he was on the phone while I waited about 40 minutes and then left. He said he’d call when it was sorted out. Over a day later, still hasn’t called. Go somewhere else.

Was alright while it lasted. Convenient access to storage. Bathrooms are forsaken, dirty and never stocked.. if you want throw anything away the dumpster they have there is under lock and key. Gets really hot in the summer. Rent kept going up. So they bait you in with a low rate then it keeps increasing. Lastly it increased by $30. I had auto pay set up so they charged me. I wasn't aware of the increase so they credited me $22 for next month's and kept the tax of the increased amount. (I just wanted a refund not a credit - so they kept my $30 after all). For a $10billion company that's quite petty to treat your 3 year customer who never missed a payment. This concluded my stay. Moved all my stuff out asap! I suggest find a locally owned storage unit. ??

Facility is nice, clean and easy to access. I am a disappointed that our rent has increased twice in 6 months. We moved from a different place 2 minutes from our house to save money and now we are spending the same amount as before and further away. May have to start looking again.

Edit: it's giving slumlords of storage units. They changed our scheduled payment date because we closed out our bigger unit but kept the small one. Immediately locked the unit because payment didn't come out because why would we expect the payment date of our smaller unit to change. Good storage place. Climate controlled, a little pricey. Bathrooms are terrible though. Never stocked and dirty. Please hire a part time cleaner.

I really hate being forced to buy a lock for $19.99 when I had a lock with me. I had callled a CubeSmart asking if I could use a disc lock at any location and she said yes but that was incorrect. Phoenixville only allows cylinder locks and even though they were in possession of the hasp that would allow me to use it they refused. I spoke to 2 level higher up on the chain but they would not budge. So in principal I moved out to another storage company. Watch out bcz they give you a great move in rate and then hike it up after the initial period.

I WAS going to use this Facility! I booked my reservation online, I then needed to change it to the next day & the guy Matt called me before I went back online to change my reservation. I told him that I needed to change it for tomorrow, he was talking so fast with the information & said he would send me a email to confirm the change! He didn’t sound too happy when getting off of the phone. So I'm waiting for the email to confirm the change & nothing! He didn’t send it! Plus the fact my rate went from $74 & the check out amount was then over $100. No Thank you!!!!
