Horrible service misleading and false advertisement I payed for a storage unit by the elevator since it's inside and where the unit was I needed it. I get there and it's out of service so I can't even get my stuff in the unit. Then I call for someone to give me a refund and no one is in the office even tho they are supposed to be open until 5pm. As in calling they hung up on me about 5 times and after 6 times calling and 1hr in I finally spoke with someone who said they would issue the refund but I still haven't received anything yet so I will be going back or calling back. My storage unit was and still is on the 3rd floor. the day of my move the elevator was broken I did not know this until my son went to put my stuff in storage I was highly concerned and disappointed that my son had to lug boxes and stuff up 3 flights he wasn’t feeling well for a couple of weeks. I wish I could’ve helped my son but with a messed up knee and a surgery coming up it would’ve been impossible. I’m just glad that’s over with however I hope they fixed that elevator because I will be moving again. I’m giving this place two stars just because it’s close to my residence.

Cube smart started off strong, but is starting to fall into neglect. The keypad parking lot-facing door to level 3 does not work, nor does the elevator. It's always hot inside, as I suspect the HVAC is down. And there are no carts to move your heavy items. This location is not worth $100/mo for a 5×9.

Price was decent but I was told my storage was on the second floor and it was on the third floor. Which the doors broken leaving me no choice but to go in on another side. Bathrooms are gross, and there’s constant trash outside the building. I wouldn’t recommend

Original unit was on the 3rd floor. I booked online, no directions to separate parking lot or information that there was even a separate parking lot for the top floors. Elevator on the first floor not completed or in working order. 25 minutes walking around on a Sunday to find out I have no idea how to get to my unit because of lack of information. I called the 1800 number and they politely moved me to the first floor. Me and my fiancé came back the next day to move some small items in only to find the 10x8 unit was very small. I measured with an app on my phone it was 1.5 feet short! So I went to the office and the girl behind the desk apologized and got the manager. Once the manager was there she went and looked for herself and said the facility had some issues with this but assured me she had other units that she measured herself and were correct. Off to the 2nd floor we went, again I walk in, and it’s small, so I measure and both of the units that were shown to me were a foot off! At this point the manager is irritated and says my measurements are wrong and is standing behind what she “measured” and is in the computer. I chose at that point to have all my money refunded and take my business else where because at the very least cube smart at this location is false advertising size of their units and I was not going to pay for 1 foot less for the span of 10 feet! That’s a lot of space missing. Storage world one town over was happy to accommodate a same day move in, with an elevator, ample carts for use 24hr access and their units are true to size!
