After less than 6mo they sent a paper notice to my former address (not the updated address I provided them) alerting me to a 40% price increase at the 6mo mark. After seeing the increase, I had to call them and raise the issue / they reduced the up-charged rate a little, but it was still 29% more per month. After another 6mo, my rate raised my rate again by another 22%. I left because they had me paying nearly double what they started me at 18mo ago. If you don’t want bait-n-switch pricing, go elsewhere. Also the advertised rate for my unit is STILL the original price they lured me in at. Their excuse is “it’s a promotional rate”. But you will not see these higher rates in the sales material.

Ok overall Cube Smart CS is great. I found cheaper rates THEY were offering and asked if I could get them. Not unless you move your things to a new unit was my answer. I've been there 3 mos and they INCREASED my strg rate $43!! I cant find a home so now I have to deal with that. Its a large 10x25 unit. Im sorry this is not ok.... At all.

What an awesome experience! Ash and Jo were both amazing to work with. I made my reservation on line and then Ash called to just check in to see if I had any questions. On the drive down from Troy, I called to make sure someone would be there (it was the Friday of a holiday weekend) and Ash assured me that they would be there until 6pm. The place was clean and secure. I guess it would be nice if the area was gated, but you can't get into the storage area without a code. Elevators are spacey and they had at least 4 flat dollies for customers to use. The office area sells boxes, locks and other packing supplies for your convenience.

Ashley was immediately warm , and inviting. She walked me through the whole process of choosing a unit with extreme knowledge and unmatched attention to every single detail or scenario possible. The Rep Angelia was amazing accommodating to not only to me but to every customer that entered into the Willow Grove facility. When I initially had to obtain this storage I was in a terrible space in my head I was a wounded lady, she encouraged me every time I had to enter and had any questions. Truly she helped my spirit and informed me of the best options while renting storage. I spoke to another renter and they said the same answer, it's bad when we have to get storage but when the Rep assists us with our pain that is exceptional. This is the worst storage unit or facility I've ever used. Every time I go in. They blast the heat knowing that people are in there moving boxes n such. It's been a hassle ever since I've been here and this is a publicly traded company so they care more about their shareholders than their customers within. The next couple of months since I'm recovering from surgery I will be moving out of this storage facility. They do not have 24 hour access and the staff are rude and snotty. I told the staff that it was really warm in here and she made one excuse after another claiming oh it's because you're moving around OK well it's. Still needs to be cool enough that it's not blazing hot and I'm only 90 pounds. It's not me sweetheart. Take your money elsewhere where they actually care about their customers because my rent has gone up even though I haven't even been here for a year... And it's just not convenience also I had to come back here twice after they charge me a late fee even though I was enrolled in auto pay somehow. It didn't work so I came in twice and again was charged to late fee because somehow it. Didn't work. So I went online and did it myself because apparently the? Front. Desk either doesn't know what they're doing or they have. Some kind of computer glitch in any case this place is not customer friendly. Just do not come here Do not waste your money it is not customer friendly nor convenient do not waste your money here!!!!

The manager Kathy of this location is very rude and is not willing to listen or to help you Yesterday we have tried to help my brother in law to get a unit to cube smart, and because we have already one unit in this place , we have recommended to him Cube smart, the worst decision we made We called and did the reservations on his name with a lady on the phone, everything good, after she send us a link on my brother in law email We open it on my husband phone and we start to complete, with the lady being on the phone with us We have complete all the information, even my brother in law driver license number This morning, start the big problem, this lady, which not really can call her lady start to call non stop, on all the phones screaming we got another unit and we didn’t paid enough We were very confused, because the nice lady on the phone told us we need to pay $68 , which we paid yesterday We answered the call, was KATHY and we just heard the person screaming and getting very hyper saying we need to go now there No problem, we called my brother in law, he showed up and we drove to CUBE SMART Where this lady KATHY was waiting for us , and welcome us very rude We show her my brother in law driver license, for her to see they have same last name but different first name, brothers You cannot believe, she said , that is not REAL, what how a person in a storage can certify a driver license with PICTURE?!?! She start to be ruder and ruder, accusing them of multiple things And she said because they have same name he is not allowed to have a unit in CUBE SMART!?! Really?!? What if me his wife I want to get a unit, I NEED TO GET A DIVORCE BEFORE?!?! We have recommended this place to multiple persons, one of our close friends, and right now all of us we will move from this facility, because this lady KATHY, doesn’t like to have customers or to just calm down to communicate We have paid for my brother in law storage unit, more than he can afford, and now we need to support the difference Total she charged $180 PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION OR AT LEAST WHEN YOU SEE THE LADY KATHY DO NOT TRY TO DO BUSINESS BECAUSE SHE IS IS A VERY BAD PERSON AND CANNOT COMMUNICATE WITH HER

The only drawback is that the units aren't accessible 24 hours. The building locks at 10pm (sharp). Otherwise I am quite satisfied. The units are very clean, secure and Reasonably priced. If you are not a night owl and the hours don't bother you I'd highly recommend you give them a good look
