NO STARS IF I COULD!!! IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR STUFF TO GET RUINED I SUGGEST YOU GO ELSEWHERE. A LOT OF MY STUFF GOT DAMAGED. THE STORAGES ARE VERY POORLY MADE. ON TOP OF THAT THE STORAGE SPACES ARE SMALL EVEN THE BIGGEST ONE THEY HAVE IS NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR A 3 BEDROOM HOUSE LIKE IT SAYS! THE COMPANY THEY USE FOR INSURANCE CLAIMS GIVES YOU THE RUN AROUND. BEWARE!!! IF I NEED A STORAGE NEXT TIME I'LL GO BACK TO PUBLIC STORAGE. WAY BETTER MIGHT BE A LITTLE MORE BUT I'LL PAY THAT KNOWING MY STUFF WONT GET DAMAGED AND THEIR STORAGES ARE TRUE TO SIZE!!!

I was pricing units at different facilities and when I got to Cubesmart I made my decision. The manager up front was chipper, bright and super helpful, I think Megan was her name. I could just tell she had the most wonderful smile under her mask when I was talking to her. She showed me the unit I was looking for and answered all of my questions! The office and units are clean and the prices are great compared to other places I went to.

From day one I have had issues with their lack of responsibility. My storage unit has a wall that is rotted and opening to next door unit. I bought their special loa k the day I rented unit and a week later they called and asked if we did, odd phone call. Well yes we did. Manager then states that she forgot to charge us and her inventory is short which is how she decided it was the lock we had purchased and that they are adding that to our next bill. Well I already paid for the lock the day she handed it to me. Then a month later I receive the bill for monthly storage and it had extra fees over 20..and not the mandatory insurance they require you to pay as well every month. And my bill states it is due in 2 weeks. Today I go to drop a load of stuff in my unit only to find out they have locked me out of the gate. Manager comes to me and says yes we do that when your bill is 6 days late. Well my bill is not late if it says it is Due March 17th and today is February 26th!!! Still did not even let me in gate to my unit!! The worst storage place I have ever experienced and needless to say I will be moving my stuff out of there!

Everything and everyone was great . The manager, Debbie, had to help me cut a lock off that I lost the key for. We worked at that for probably 30 minutes. It was a brinks lock and was really strong . Debbie was very pleasant and extremely helpful. These guys had a sale going on and had the very best deal in town. They have Super clean units. I was talking to a really nice guy named Gary at the office when I checked out and he told me extra space has a certain standard they keep for the units they rent out and I can tell you this, They were spotless. Excellent customer service, great job and the next time I need storage I know where I'm going...and it ain't cube smart !!!

We started renting a storage unit here when it was in transition from another company. It had not been kept up very well but since it became Cubesmart, the staff and the facilities have all been upgraded. They are extremely friendly and helpful.
