Juliea and Hakeem were great and made the move in process very easy . Great employees who care about their customers ?? so of course, this was my review because this is the show they put on for me my first trip to storage I picked up a furniture nail with a plastic coating on it in my tire 20 inch tire that I have have to replace now when I called to tell them they let me know that there was multiple customers with that same complaint saying it was from the medium on the road which it’s not it was from the parking Then I went in and my apps not working today and I could not be assisted Really regretting that I had chosen CubeSmart Julia went on to lie to me and tell me that the landscapers just came and blowed off the parking lot as I’m sitting here, looking at all kinds of trash and debris Never got help with my app, and when I asked for my storage code mind you she knows who I am and I just signed my lease. She wanted to see my drivers license. I will most likely be finding another storage room in the near future. I don’t like being lied to The parking lot is still full of debris as I sit here and look at it

My experience on today 10/25/25 was very informative! He covered everything I needed to know about the unit. He answered my questions with a very clear response. Very friendly and professional. I forgot his name but he was a AA male, he wore glasses and has locs. Wish I could remember his name verses having to describe him.

Initially I was impressed with customer service but a few days later the elevator broke down on a Friday. After checking multiple times during the weekend, I was very frustrated on Monday morning when told by the assistant manager the elevator was not fixed. All customers above the 1st floor couldn’t take stuff in or out of their units unless using the stairs. On Saturday as I arrived, a gentleman covered in sweat, told me elevators were not working, he expressed his frustration and anger after unloading part of his boxes. He complained about the inconvenience on all of us and while doing so showed me his leg, he is an amputee!! More than three days to fix this issue is utterly unacceptable.

First, there is a manager on duty during business hours so you deal directly with a person. Our manager (Julia) was very clear in explaining everything and very efficient in setting up our rental. The facility is very clean, including the bathrooms! I also liked seeing a water bottle filling station there. Using this facility is easy and drama-free!

I am so happy to be a customer at this facility. I knew I was in good hands with the exceptional customer service I received from Eli and kater the store manager. Such warm welcome and full explanation of what I was getting. The manager was such a bubbling joy to speak with. After hello we ended up talking for a good 20 minutes. Her reassurance made me feel that much better about choosing the cube. I am definitely spreading the word.

This property is brand new and well maintained. Both of the Representatives in the front office were friendly and inviting. I noted that there are no trash bins located on the property, and this is extremely necessary. It would also be nice to have someone on call to make contact with in the event of an emergency. Being a brand new customer, I asked why the code to enter the property was not working for a male that pulled up to store one of his items. They verified his information and let him in. I told them that I needed to run home and bring back more items to my storage unit, and I was informed that they had to leave on time, or would get in trouble. I could tell they really wanted to help; however, they left the property. I felt uneasy and would like to know what measures will be put in place in the event that a customer needs to enter his/her unit after hours, and the code chamber is not working properly?
