Terrible Service. I have been calling since Wednesday afternoon when I found my travel trailer broken into and damaged again!. No one in the office, whichis very common. Broken security cameras hanging by there wires. The RV side is pitfiful, looks more like a junkyard now. The gravel spaces are unkept, ponding water. What little landscape they had is dead, place is half empty with a bunch of abanded junk rotting away. This place use to be nice, but is awful now. Update,; More then a week later, NO one will return my call and there is no one to answer the phone. No customer service, no wonder stuff is getting broken into, no one ther cares!

The unit I reserved online stated it was 8 feet tall. When I arrived 1 day after my lease started, I found the doors were less that 7 feet tall. This meant I couldn’t fit my taller items. I notified the manager of this before moving in. She did attempt to try and get me to an outside unit but was going to charge me more. And I would have had to rented a second unit in addition. This was not in my original budget. I mentioned the incorrect description on the website and she said there was nothing she could do. I am giving this 2 stars as a courtesy to the employee that did spend a few minutes trying to help. But ultimately this was a 1 star experience. I ended up having to find a different storage facility to fit my needs. I canceled right away but ultimately ended up paying a full months rent on a unit that I never used, was to small and they were unwilling to work with me on price or find any solutions in my budget despite their website description being incorrect. I will not be using CubeSmart in the future if I can help it.

Stay Away! Roaches, Mice, 30+% Rate Increases (up to 3 times a year), Constant Robberies, Fires, Leaking Roofs, Frequently Broken Gates, Zero Appreciation for Loyal Customers. As far as this corporation is concerned, there is always someone else waiting to pay for your unit. They'll get you in with a decent rate, that never lasts for long. Then when you're settled in, and they know you don't want to move everything again, they start increasing the rate, again and again. I've seen old clients paying $500 for a unit that a new customer could get for $150. Their main hustle is banking on our complacency and being too lazy to actually move out. They obscure the truth of their actions with terms like "Street Rate", which is never what they are charging anyone coming in off the street. It's a con, meant to make something look like it ain't what it is Units are constantly getting broken into, and the company does nothing to prevent it. People can walk right onto the property from the neighboring section 8 apartments, or the homeless encampment up the hill. Then they can climb over the gap at the top of the wall and carry off whatever they want. I've seen sketchy looking junkies living on the property, and been overwhelmed by the stink of stale urine in the hallways. On top of that, the theatrical show of security is often no better. They have a coded gate, but it is broken about as often as it is working. They had security cameras that weren't connected to anything, dangling from broken mounts, for months. They have had numerous trailers and boats stolen right out of the parking area, and the RV's are frequently broken into as well. Client's whole livelihoods have been stolen off that lot. Once a car plowed through a large section of fence, and it was left unrepaired for at least a month, maybe 2. The roofs suffer frequent leaks. If you don't access it often, you won't know it's happening before you come in one day to find all your stuff molded and ruined. They had to hire a company to remove dumpsters full of disgusting molded insulation and do a half-assed mold abatement service. On another occasion nearly one hole building BURNED DOWN! The slabs on the ground level sweat and your contents will mildew. Some of the end units leak significantly. So much that some were taken offline or a long time, before someone decided that they should get that revenue back on the books. I've seen so many roaches, swarms of stink bugs crawling into everything, frequent mice (and the occasional rotten dead ones) and even bats, snakes, and an armadillo. All of these things are 100% true and verifiable, and have taken place while I was a customer. I want to make it clear that my critiques are only about the company and how the business is conducted on a corporate and upper management level. I've had plenty to complain about, but they've recently become even more greedy. Far more aggressive with the rate increases, and cutting costs that make it all that much worse. The actual on-site staff has always been amazing. Unfortunately, the corporate bosses don't give them any authority to actually do anything for the customers. They will sincerely apologize when the bad things happen, and I have no doubt that they would like to do more, but they don't have the power. Like most big soulless businesses, they will press and press, trying to claw back every penny they can for the shareholders, until the costs outweigh the benefits. So use the power of your wallet to send them a message. Find a place that treats their customers better than Cubesmart, and give them your hard-earned money instead.

This place is a dump. The parking lot is all mud and dust the security gate malfunctions often the property manager talks about it like it’s called the Swiss glitch but In fact it just doesn’t work and she’s a no hurry to fix anything. I have been treated horribly there and have no plans to ever come back. I attached a photo of the front gate area. This is what Sinata thinks secure is. Sinata might be the worst customer service person in all of business and that’s no exaggeration. Trust me. Stay away.

Have had my RV here for 2 years. They increased their rate about 35% in that span of time, yet they won’t let you even wash or clean your vehicle on site, let alone fix a flat tire or do any maintenance. They force you to take everything off site. They used to allow you to access water then they shut that off. Way over priced and limited.

I’d never heard of CubeSmart but we were looking for a place that has vehicle storage options. We were pleasantly surprised by the neighborhood - the store is just up the street from a Sprouts market, which suggests good quality. The property itself was gated and clean inside. The desk attendant was very friendly and extremely honest and helpful. We had planned to look around at a few options but after visiting there felt confident that we wanted to rent and didn’t bother to look anywhere else. I definitely recommend the company and this location in particular. Friendly staff, great prices, clean facility, good location.

As a company, I can't offer much praise. Frequent rate increases often has loyal customers paying far more than those just acquiring storage. That said, the staff makes all the difference in the world. They've always been eager to help with any issue that comes up. From first getting a unit to me having movers come in to move me out of my unit my experience has been nothing but great. The store manager, Todd, was very helpful and courteous from the time we reserved our units to the time we left. The facility was kept very clean, and we never had any concerns about security, pests, or weather impacts on our belongings. I was initially concerned about our ability to navigate a 26’ U-Haul truck down the hill and around the lot, but buildings are spaced with more than enough clearance and the ramps are graded to be able to accommodate the largest U-Hauls.

Lovely service but inconsistent message. I moved my stuff in about 3 months ago, the manager Amelia was friendly and welcoming. This was definitely one of the better places that I have found in the city. However, I am not happy with their inconsistency in communication. I was told that they don't do prorated rent "officially", but if it is a couple days into your billing cycle, they should be able to adjust it. I moved my stuff out 10 days after the billing cycle has started and was told that there won't be any adjustment at all. Therefore, I was charged for the entire month. I don't know how exactly I feel at now, it definitely has something to do with the fact that all the money I had to pay, also about my feelings about service industry that people are just nice to you when they want you to sign up things. Once they have the access/power for auto charge, most of the promises they have made do not hold.

I was with this storage facility for almost a year. From moving in to moving out, they on-site managers were extremely helpful. The facility itself is clean and climate controlled. They scheduled hall checks to make sure all of the units are completely closed and locked. When I accidentally left mine open, they called to notify me. Great units with a very helpful staff.

First off this place is next to section eight housing. Their security is by far the worst I have ever seen. Their security gate has been broke and left wide open for anyone who wants to drive in or out for over FIVE months now. Leaving your property vulnerable to anyone who wants to have at it. They have been asked countless amount of times to get it fixed. For some reason, they refuse to. The gravel parking lot is in such bad condition you almost destroy your car/truck trying to drive through it. They have been asked several times to fix that as well. Again, they refuse to. Myself alone with other people who have leased have had to hire companies ourselves to come in to lay gravel and smooth out what is there because they refuse to maintain their property. Also, their cameras, they don't work at night. Not to mention there are only four on the entire property. My rent has been raised four times and they wont simply lay gravel, fix the only gate they have or put in cameras that work. My stuff has got broke into more times than I can count. My advise, RUN.

I originally made a reservation on 6/25 for 6/27, but a few hours later I realized I would need it that same day. I called the manager back and asked if I was able to come and sign the paperwork today and she said yes. Once I arrived she took me to show me the unit I would be renting and when we got there we realized the space wasn't big enough for what I was needing. She then showed me a 10x10 unit which worked perfectly. One of my main concerns was whether or not the unit would have the first month free (because that was one of the main reasons I chose this location) and it was! The paper work process was pretty quick and I was out of there within maybe 45 minutes from when I arrived. I would definitely recommend this location thanks to the manager Amelia (I believe that was her name)!!

I reserved a space online at CubeSmart to store our 40 foot RV. A lady from the Storage Unit called us to confirm the reservation later that afternoon. I made sure to double check that she had a space big enough for the RV that we were bringing. I told her we would be there around 10:30 the next morning. When we arrived, she said she would show us the outdoor space to make sure the RV fit in it. After my husband pulled the RV through the rundown backlot, we realized the person helping us had no clue where the space was that we were supposed to be renting. There were no tags on the fence sor the ground that clearly marked the spaces that were available so it was understandable that she could not find the right space. After she called her "trainer" she finally found the spot that we were supposed to be renting. She knew that we had a 40 foot RV and she was trying to give us a space that was 25 foot. When I told her that was not going to work she finally found us a spot to park it. The spot she gave us had broken glass everywhere, a huge piece of plywood, trash all over it and a tree that partially hung over the space. After being there for over an hour, we decided to just leave as we were getting no where. We received terrible customer service and we drove all the way out to the facility for a space that didn't even exist. I will never rent with CubeSmart, nor will I ever recommend this company to anyone. We are very dissatisfied in the service we received.

Made reservation around 8:30 AM and needed to get it dropped off that morning. Called multiple times and couldnt get a response. Drove over at 11:30 and was met with a "be back at 1:00" sign. Waited around until someone finally called me back about an hour later. When I finally got there we couldn't find the location of my reserved spot because the parking lot was very unorganized. I ended up being told to just drop it off next to the fence in an unmarked location and they'll call me if I need to move it. I don't think it was the lady that was working's fault but it will be very inconvenient if I'm asked to move it because the reason I was storing the trailer was because I'm selling my truck. The lady that I finally got to speak with was nice but the lack of organization and inability to get in during the first 5 open business hours was frustrating.

I am very thankful for the staff! We had a smaller storage unit that was climate controlled, but we needed to get a much larger one but I didn't want to pay for climate control for just a few months in late spring/early summer. The team worked with us to get an indoor unit that fit our needs perfectly! We were pleased with how clean the buildings were kept and the entire time we had a unit there (18 months) we didn't see any bugs. If you need a storage unit, this is the place to use!

Bob and Olivia are great to work with, I would give them 5 stars. Cube smart could stand to spend a little money and update the facility. It would also be nice if the changed the outside storage unit locks to cylinder locks. Also, not a fan of the gate at the center, it is not set to an appropriate height and makes it very difficult if you are in a truck to reach it. It needs some attention. But over all just having Olivia and Bob there to work with helps you over look the neglected issues by the company. I'd recommend it based on the friendly service.

First the positive - This location provides covered parking and the staff, both present and past, are courteous and try hard to meet the needs of their customers. They are good people and nothing in this review should be viewed as criticism of their performance. However, as a company, CubeSmart leaves a lot to be desired. First, they provide almost zero (0) maintenance and/or improvements to this property. The main drive areas in the covered parking area are full of potholes deep enough to come close to damaging your vehicle when driving to you space. They are also numerous enough that it is impossible to avoid having to drive over many of these. These potholes have been present for at least 5-years without ANY maintenance and get worse after each storm. Second, many of the covered spaces have little to no rock base and are essentially mud. Thus, when it rains, you are standing in mud thick enough to cover your shoes or, when it's raining, a stream of rainwater and mud. This is because the covered area is on an angle so the rainwater flows through the spaces without any drainage and the property has not invested in renewing the rock base to cover the mud floor. Third, the security at this location is almost non-existent. The security gate is often broken leaving the gate unable to open or close. Worst yet, the design allows anyone to physically open the gate by simply pulling on it; this is true whether or not the security system is working or not. Fourth, there are 16-cameras on the site however, only 12- camera are working and four others are marginal. Fifth, the fencing around the area is almost falling down so anyone can enter the area by simply walking through one of the many holes in the fence. Sixth, CubeSmart is not shy about raising rates about 10% every year even though the have made zero (0) investment in this property. We hear promises that they have plans to fix up the property but, reality is that they won't even invest enough to fill the potholes (despite numerous complaints from almost everyone who rents a space). Finally, CubeSmart has been unable to keep a property manager on site longer than a year. Most have quit because of their frustrations working with CubeSmart management and their inability to get the company to make necessary improvements or perform basic maintenance and have grown weary of customer complaints.

There was one spot left in Nashville. We drove over to CubeSmart on Swiss Ave and met Barbara. She was extremely helpful and took care of getting everything set up.
