My unit got broken into and the lady (Nancy) had no sympathy or even apology for it happening. She was mad and didn’t want to help me because I cursed and said call the cops when I arrived to the scene. 7 units in total I believe and I moved out the same day. Worst experience ever and all my military career was in that unit.

Dealt with Stephanie on a walk in She provided knowledgeable information and was very helpful in assisting me with determining what size unit I actually needed. It was a pleasure to deal with someone efficient and knowledgeable I would recommend anyone coming here and renting a place from her as needed. I walked into two other places, part of coming in here and was so dissatisfied with the customer service that to walk in here and deal with somebody so efficient was absolutely breathtaking.

Property dirty. No bathrooms for clients. Staff rude and helpless. Only 1 cart for the whole property. The climate controlled storage is always hot. They keep the temperature above 75°F - 80°F year round (summers are even worst). There's roaches as well. They charge too much for a low quality storage location.

I reserved my unit online, And it was easy and convenient. Then I went in to look at the unit, and met with Stephanie up front. She was very helpful and friendly, and gave me directions on where my unit was. She also explained what to do when I got in there and had everything set up for me already. The unit is nice and clean, and the the whole facility is very nice.

I can’t say enough good things about Stephanie, who works the front. My family and I recently sold our house and needed multiple storage units during our transition. I love the CubeSmart. Everyone I’ve spoke with is super nice & helpful & they also have a little rolling cart that comes in handy to load boxes onto & just roll it to your unit. Also Dave is super helpful, so I actually got a small 5x10 storage & by the next month I needed to upgrade to a bigger one & he just made it super easy to do that. I definitely recommend the CubeSmart in Alvin! They made my experience a great one thank y’all so much!! And they’re very affordable too!!

I’d love to give zero stars. Paid for a month and never got to move in. Ceiling was falling in and AC was out. They had another unit exactly like the one rented and refused to allow us to have that unit. Claimed they fixed the ceiling but never truly did. If renting online beware!

I visited the Alvin Tx location to see if I could prepay my storage for 12 months. Angela helped me, took my payment, printed and emailed my receipt and was especially professional yet personal. I love that I was given such good customer service, which is hard to come by in 2024. She didnt rush, answered my questions, and treated me as a VIP. TY for hiring such nice and smart lady. I love my unit, too, and the "kept neat" grounds area is exceptional.

A few months ago I ended up losing my job due to layoffs, after that my phone broke and I lost access to most of my accounts. I was scared that I would lose my storage unit and by losing the unit, lose several important items I kept there, many of which are keepsakes. The people at fairway however didn't auction everything away and have given me extra time to pay off my balance. They helped me when I was at my lowest. This company really cares about their customers, you are not just a name and a paycheck to them. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. This review was made when the storage facility was owned locally, before the corporate buy out. I have high doubts they will do the same. Also, they have raised the rent very rapidly compared to what I was paying before. I started paying $100 a month (due to the door being busted) and I am now paying $202 a month after 4 years. The only reason I have not moved my stuff out is because I am unable to.
