The stores facility is well kept clean. The management is very understanding heartwarming and makes you feel like family. It is also the most safe facility to store your stuff in the neighborhood in my opinion. I would recommend coming to this location over many around.

The property manager, Rhonda, is a rare gem. "Salt of the earth", is a saying which applies to this firm but fair woman. Wish I was articulate enough to describe how much I respect and appreciate her. Also, she is a bulldog when it comes to protecting the property. I don't worry about my belongings at all

The manager Ms. Rhonda was the determining factor in my decision to lease a unit there. She is kind, efficient ,and professional. She treats everyone with respect and dignity. I felt safe storing my belongings there. I never experienced a problem or incident with management, or any type of damage to my unit while leasing there. The property is always clean, well kept, and secured. I highly recommend this property to others in need of a storage facility.

The worst customer service!! For several days I have called and left message after message. I have not received a phone call yet. Their website has been down for three days. I’m trying to pay my bill…But can’t. Poor customer service. And they live on the premises. They have no problem picking up the phone and letting me know I’m a day late.

The property manager allows her aggressive dogs to roam the property, creating an unsafe environment, she also assaulted my stepson barely a week ago, was arrested for it, and is trying to have us evicted due to her negligent and belligerent behavior being reported to her supervisor, she doesn't treat it like a business, it's treated like her own personal property. The rent is ridiculously high, she has renters that live in their units, and despite reaching out to the district manager, they have yet to handle the situation properly or professionally. We are moving to a different storage company. Highly suggest finding a different location to store your belongings at.

CONSUMER ALERT: Without any improvement of service or legitimate reason, the owner has raised rent on my unit THREE times in the past 9 months. My rent started at $60 and is now $130 (for a non-AC 10x10 unit). They jacked up the rent $30 between July and August. This comes after the rent was raised three months prior, and again three months prior to that! The owner is AWOL and leaves it to his desk clerks to spring the price increases on his customers, so there's no way of getting a contract to lock in the rate. Basically you're at the mercy of a terrible owner who is milking low-end storage units for every dime. Apparently customers are fed up and leaving. I'm right behind them. Very poor location. Don't do business until they lower their rates and offer stable pricing to customers.

So my experience at Storage Barn USA was great. The place was clean, smelled good and Rhonda was a huge help with LOTS OF KNOWLEDGE about the storage place and surrounding areas and great places to visit. It was definitely a great experience. I have never met a more wonderful attendant that Ms Rhonda. They way she runs the front and is so thoughtful when it comes to her customers. She greets EVERYONE the second they open the door. The front is kept so clean and organized and clearly labeled. This facility is absolutely incredible with an amazing staff in Ms Rhonda. Anyone who comes to me with the need for a storage unit this is the ONLY place I recommend. If you want professionalism and a clean facility then this is the only place you ever need to come. I cannot say enough great things about this place.
