The Arbor Day Foundation™ has over 50 years of experience in planting trees in the right places for the biggest impact. Using a science-based approach, they identify forests and communities globally that would benefit most from trees.

From May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026, for every eligible rental, CubeSmart will contribute $1.00 to the Arbor Day Foundation, with a minimum donation of $50,000. Waited an hour and twenty minutes during normal working hours to talk to someone at the office and they never showed. (2:50-4:10pm, and the sign said they’d be back at 3) Drove around to see if they were at a unit and nobody seemed to be on the property at all- and the back gate was open.

The only reason that I gave this place three stars is because of the bad directions. They had us going to the wrong side of I-10. So the directions that you need to follow are the directions to Boil City. From there you can click on the buildings that is beside it. CubeSmart is right behind Boil City. The young lady that was behind the desk actually was very friendly and knowledgeable. She apologized so many times for having the wrong directions on the website. I really don't think it was any fault of hers. However, CubeSmart needs to get the directions right. We were 30 minutes looking for the building going around in circles.

I don't advise anyone rent from this place.. they need to go back to A Mini Storage and bring back miss Chelle she knew what she was doing and ran a very professional secure establishment this is crazy I see lawsuits in cubesmarts near future!!

This place is trash. It looks like a homeless camp. The manager Cory or whatever is NEVER THERE. Like ever. My unit was not climate controlled like it was supposed to be so my items were ruined. My gate code doesn’t work so I can’t even get to my storage. This place is just trash. And cube smart should be ashamed to have it as one of their properties. Just trash I swear. Oh and you can never get ahold of anyone at this location or Delaware. It’s ridiculous.

Had a horrible experience. I received a truck to help my sibling move 3 weeks in advance, drove 2 1/2 hrs just to rent from here and when I arrived at 845am I waited until they opened at 9. I also took the time to check in online to speed the process along when the establishment opened. I called for at least 30 mins after opening hours to which no one ever answered. I knocked on the door several times, and rang the door bell. At 945am a lady’s comes running to my car from inside with a sad excuse that she over slept. At this point I just want the truck I rented and to be on my way. I finally get the truck and she tells me to take my time and that should would allow more time since she was not prompt on her end. I help my sibling move and then 3 hrs into my 4 he rental I get a call from the business asking for the truck back because they double booked it. Long story short I bring the truck back, and I was charged twice plus I wasn’t able to have the truck for my allocated time frame. I would never in a million years rent from this place ever again, nor will I recommend to anyone in town. This is not how you conduct business EVER!!!

As of last month I would of rated this facility at a 1 now that management has changed I'm giving 5. Chelle answered all our questions without hesitation. We were in and out in a timely manner, we feel comfortable leaving our things there. Chelle was helpful in reassuring that to us. This is our second time at this facility Chelle made the sale with all of the above mentioned.
