We did a contactless sign up online and the storage unit was ready same day. When we went to see it for the first time, the unit was clean and a bag was placed inside with instructions on how to use the lock. Overall, the building was very well lit and very clean!

Break-in within days — no response from management I moved my items into this storage unit mere days ago, and my unit was already broken into. Most of my belongings were high-value personal items, including clothing and accessories, and nearly everything was stolen. Corporate customer service notified me of the break-in, but when I went to the local office, it was closed. I’ve called customer service twice, and they’ve tried to reach both the property and district managers, but I haven’t received a single call back. I have a photo showing the aftermath of the theft, yet I still haven’t been able to access what’s left of my items or get any updates. It’s deeply concerning that there’s been no communication or accountability after such a serious incident. I am now leaving town for several days and have no access to my belongings (what’s left) and no forward movement. Customer service has been very responsive but it means nothing if the local management isn’t responding. Absolutely cannot recommend.

Do Not store your stuff here too many complaints about missing items whole unit gone refrigerator, stoves personal belongings electronics you name it. No alarms employees didn’t see nothing. No one gets arrested and your stuff is gone. Kind of feels like an inside job.All they’re gonna tell you is make a police report. Nothing will get done about getting your stuff back again. Do not store your stuff here they will come out Missing.

What an amazing team and facility. I have nothing short of an absolute stellar review for the Storage Company @ Holly. We had an unexpected and urgent need for an immediate storage space arising from the unexpected failure of the seller to sign off for our new home. Anticipating a “normal” house closing and taking possession of our new home, we drove from San Antonio arrived in Corpus with both SUVs loaded with personal items. Working with our realtor Stephanie Hastings and with her advice we called The Storage Company@ Holly. We called and had told Samantha about our dilemma. Despite the panic in my voice, she remained cordial, expressed a true understanding of our dilemma and worked with me to find an appropriate size storage unit. In addition, she set up a short-term month to month rental, and called the Holly facility to coordinate with Amanda at the front desk our arrival and check in to the unit. Amanda arrived, took us to our unit, and with us never anticipating we would be renting a storage unit rental had locks available. When I returned the next day I met Lyndsey and Lilly. Lyndsey told me she had spoken with the team and was aware of our situation and was glad they could help. Lilly similarly expressed appreciation for our business. All be it a short rental I cannot emphasizes the personal touch, the genuine interest in helping, and the follow thorough in providing a service (not to mention the clean and secure units) that is uncompromised in the storage business.

Staff is very helpful, units are clean and environment is safe. I was misinformed that I was told that if a storage is vacated in between dates part of the payment is returned. I was told yesterday that is not done on rental storage units. Rental storage is the only type of units that they have so I don't understand, but it is what it is.
