After a shaky start that resulted in a slight delay for access, I am very pleased with CubeSmart on NW Hwy. The facility is immaculate and very easy to access. The loading area can accommodate numerous renters and there are plenty of handcarts to make loading and unload easy. I feel very safe there.

Our experience has been excellent, from the first call to try to figure out what size unit we needed, to long distance arranging for access 6 weeks out, to how clean and well managed the location is. Myra, the manager is on premises and knows what's going on there. That's why it is the amazing place that it is. I feel like our belongings are in a safe place that's neat, orderly and clean. Plus it's actually a pleasant experience to go there when we need to access something from our unit. Extremely professional! We are so relieved to have this resource to help us.

As a mover, I constantly get asked by my customers where to store their items. I have told several of my customers I am moving about this location. The facility is well maintained and the managers Adam and Megan are very attentive to the needs of everyone on their property. The technology at the facility makes for fast and efficient moves. At the office they can set any of the three doors to open and with plenty of carts and two elevators, you never have to wait. I give this location two thumbs up for service and quality.
