Easy online system but NO ONE in the office for 2 days and did not answer the phone. Could not leave a message because the system was full. I wanted to know if a unit was available in a different building. Guess I will just keep what I got. I went to get the contract and key from the unit but wasn’t told it would be zip tide. I had nothing to cut it with and no one there to help. Came back the second day and no one in the office.

Horrible experience. Waited over 30 minutes to get into the property and then over 30 minutes to get into the storage. Manager wasn’t on site and I was told that no one was there or would be there so I had to leave and come back which cost me extra with my movers.

I have been renting units at this Establishment for several years.. When Cubesmart took it over and I met the manager, Michael, I knew there was going to be big and better changes coming. I have had nothing but a great experience dealing with management and renting cubes for my business here. I totally recommend this Cubesmart for anyone in the area that is looking for good quality storage and great management. At one time I thought I was going to have to leave because I needed bigger unit, but I was so hesitant to leave because of what a great manager Michael was. I stuck it out until there was a larger unit available. And I am so glad that I did. If they do not have what you were looking for it is very worth getting on a waiting list. Eventually you will get what you want.

Service at this location has improved tremendously since CubeSmart has taken over. Micheal, the GM, has been extremely professional and thorough anytime we have made contact. Security is lax!!! Storage unit broken into with no help or insight from the new GM. Update- To clarify what I am talking about. My storage was broken into, with multiple items being stolen. When I reported the incident to the front desk, Thomas (new GM), was beyond non-helpful or knowledgeable at best. When ask of the security footage, he told me " there are no cameras facing your unit", therefore I can't say if your unit was broken into. The lack of professionalism, empathy, or accountability was extremely poor. The incident report he gave me was poorly written and does not reflect what actually happen or what I reported to him.

I use to be a tenant there. We choose that place to store my tools. I have a painting business. Well my unit was broken into. I lost about $6000 worth of tools. The security system there is really bad. The cameras can’t even read the license plate number to the vehicle. They record the whole thing and when the vehicle got out the main gate with my stuff the cameras got a shot at the plates but couldn’t read them. I called corporate office several times left a message for them to call me and I never got a call back. When I made the police report Amanda in the office hesitated to give the detectives information that was needed. Information like the code the person that stole my tools use when they open the gate to get out. She’s wasn’t being very helpful. For a minute It felt like an inside job but the detectives did catch the thieves three months later but not because security storage helped. I honestly think they don’t care. I wouldn’t store my goods there ANYONE CAN GO IN THERE AND STEAL YOUR GOODS AND THE CAMERAS WONT EVEN CATCH THE INFORMATION NECESSARY TO ID THEM.
