I was told by the manager that I had rented the unit as is. When I accepted the unit, we had lights. I stock a lot of different materials for my business, and there are very small part numbers I have to be able to see. Power was turned off without notice. When I asked what was going on, I was told that he was not obligated to provide power, and he was quite rude and completely unwilling to compromise. Everyone has complained, and he has given other tenets the same bad attitude. So, your poor management and dismal customer service forced me to find other accommodations. This was the worst rental experience I have ever had with any company. The only reason I gave you a 0 referral rating is that there aren't negative numbers.

This place tells you they have cameras 24 hour surveillance gated facility The cube smart I'm renting from doesn't have any of that. My girlfriend's unit has been broke into 3 times. Reason being word is out that there is no cameras or surveillance. They want ,do charge me as if get those features.

UPDATE: Prices went up, Michelle is not here working the office anymore. I've been storing my belongings here for years and recently CubeSmart bought Affordable Self Storage and rebranded it. If it were not for the manager Michelle, I would have vacated my unit during the transition. I'm glad to see they are making the much needed improvements to the property! Thank you Michelle and CubeSmart!
