Joanna is a rockstar. I am so impressed by her calm presence and demeanor. She helped me when I checked in for a unit and then when I needed to move units she was so obligatory and quick. When my vehicle wouldn’t start she came with her own vehicle and jumper cables and helped me move. Her level of service is beyond extraordinary. The two employees there which are the manager, assistant manager are a married couple. This is unacceptable and unprofessional from CubeSmart. For mutable reasons one when there is auctions, the manager must cut the lock in front of the system manager, which the manager is a woman and of course the manager is a guy which is her husband by means this should not be in any circumstances please resolve this CubeSmart I will be contacting corporate office for an update on this situation!

Getting a storage unit with cubesmart was the easiest most convenient process. Just filled out and paid everything online. Got our unit number and access code sent via email. Drove up to our unit and there was a welcome kit inside with a new lock and pamphlets with 6 different ways to pay for your unit. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you cubesmart!

I was leery signing up online but it was so easy, great deal, and the property contacted me just like the website said. I like this one because it is secure and I have saw another cube smart where gate was left open and not in a very transit type neighborhood but here I had no security concerns. Not a complicated layout-now if Txdot could just finish the construction - it would be nice. Definitely recommend location. Make life so easy

The prices could be a little cheaper. Even if by 10 or 20 dollars. You don't have over the phone payments available, so it's a real inconvenience when I show up and the office is closed. We called on the phone they gave us a great price even offered a "discounted rate for as long as you have it". Once we actually went to the location and spoke the gentleman there, it was plus mandatory insurance, plus administration fees, and the price is subject to increase at any time... the price ended up being almost double what we were quoted on the phone. This is ridiculous definitely not a good way to do business, very misleading... take your business elsewhere..

I am currently renting a unit at this location just for 2 months now. When I first went by a lady was very nice and polite with great customer service skills. The second time I went to pay the rent for the unit I was treated by a younger, immature girl who was rolling her eyes at me and laughing as my husband spoke to her over the phone to provide consent on our account. Very unprofessional and very rude. I will never recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for storage. I soon will be taking my business elsewhere. I would rather pay more at a further location than deal with such disrespect.

Yvette the store manager is really great on answering any of my questions,and very nice .ive been with company for 15 years and I highly recommended cubesmart.Estela lives on sight and the time I had and issue with the gate at 5am she went outside to help me quickly.Both employees are wonderful and hardworking.

Is I could do zero stars I would. I recently took my things out of storage. Before I could even get the things on the truck realized some many roaches it's disgusting. They kept trying make excuses for the roaches but couldn't give me a resolution because now all my things have roaches all over them. So now I after final a complaint and hopefully have my things replaced. Do not go here there infested and also have terrible customer service.

She went the extra step of helping me work thru policies and procedures that would have prevented me from securing my storage on the same day. Our company has been using CubeSmart for over a couple of years around the El Paso area but this location in particular has been utilized for about 15 months now. Both Estela and Yvette are absolutely great! Yvette has awesome customer service and has been mentored by the best manager Estela. They always help us in any way they can and we couldn't ask for more. I have personally witnessed myself first hand that we are not the only customers that they help when needed and have seen them go out of their way to assist their customers. Estela and Yvette are the reason we stay at CubeSmart and we will be utilizing their services God willing for years to come. We have become friends and they are friends that we trust! The service that I have received has been great! I received the first month off and the prices are very reasonable already. Estela always gives us service with a smile and and gives us reminder calls of when are scheduled payments are coming up. This makes it very convenient for me as an owner of a company here in El Paso who is always on the go and I can access my storage 24 hours a day. This is why we continue to use Cubesmart. Horrible service. I tried to change my billing date, needless to say they messed it up. They locked me out of my unit and tried to charge me late fees for their mistake. They also pro rated me at 10 dollars a day for a unit I pay less than 200 dollars a month for. If you call the 1-800 number for better service they just dump you back to the people who messed everything up to begin with. There are other places, this one is not worth the high prices or poor service.
