The manager, Rob Skipper was so helpful - He parked my trailer for me! That speeded up the process of renting a space at the Ferris location. I appreciated his help - nice facility-great location. We haven’t been renting that long in Ferris but everything I have experienced has been top notch, especially the manager Rob. He came out personally to check on us to make sure all was good when we first rented and gave me his number in case I need anything. That’s what I call personal customer service. Hussey is my maiden name, the storage is rented under Davis. We didn’t know what to expect in a smaller town, service wise but we are glad we rented with Rob! Thanks bunches!

Simple, easy self storage.. I rent an RV space for my towable and a 10x10 for the stuff that doesn't fit in the new house. Freeup made it simple and reasonable. I did have an issue getting to my assigned unit after hours for the first time. The combination code sent originally did not work when I tried to unlock it. I reached out to customer service who advised me that if no one called back to assist in 30 minutes to call back. Less than 10 minutes later I received a call from Rob who assisted with detail and apologize for the inconvenience I was experiencing. He was helpful and me feel better about choosing FreeUp Storage.

I had to rent 2 units in Ferris Texas because I grossly underestimated how much space I would need. Rob, the manager at the Ferris location helped me out by reaching out quickly and when one unit was mislabeled and was smaller than advertised, he made that right also and we were able to get everything locked into a good rate and I am able to get hold of him with any problems I may have. If you are moving to Ellis County Texas, check them out!!!!

Update: FreeUp Storage has done nothing to fix this situation. EVERYTHING I HAVE IN STORAGE IS INFESTED WITH BUGS. INCLUDING MY ELECTRONICS. TAKE A LOOK AT MY PRINTER. Absolutely DISGUSTING. I'm HIGHLY dissatisfied. I just moved into my unit in June. My storage unit is INFESTED with bugs and spiders. Not only have I wasted money paying the rent ($130 per month) here but now I have to throw away my belongings because of this infestation. I'm so upset I don't even know what to do. Don't rent here unless you don't care about your belongings and enjoy wasting your money.

We were scheduled a pick up for Saturday and their hours said they open at 8am. We waited for 30 min. no one ever showed up or answered our calls. Now with people on their way to move we were forced to call Uhaul and drive an extra 20 miles round trip to get another truck.. Good thing Uhaul was there to help. I would never rent a truck from this location. Very unprofessional.

They obviously set their own hours because there is NEVER anyone in the office. Currently been waiting an hour to access my unit. No way to call anyone other than what seems to be a call center who is of no help other thatn to make payments. And of course they could care less about time or gas wasted. But they of coyrse are conveniently available when ypur payment is late or to put locks on your unit.
