Just rented two 10x15x8 unit in Lakeway, Texas. Melinda was FABULOUS to work with. I have never rented a storage unit before and Melina was very patient by explaining details to me. Due to family illness, I am having to leave my home and move four hours away to be closer to my family and want to take my time finding a place to live permanently so moving my belongings into storage seemed to be the best option - Melinda’s past experiences helping clients in similar situations was so comforting and helpful. It was a very easy process from the very beginning. Clean unit, A/C and easy to get in and out. Billing was very easy as well. Always sent an invoice and then they billed to a credit card. Then a full reciept was sent showing paid. When moving out we noticed our unit with my mother's furniture was still very clean after a year. Not a lot of dust fell into the storage unit. Also I know our unit was very secure.

I had a very good experience when setting up my account for a new storage unit. Paul was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He even applied discounts that I knew nothing about prior to my visit. In my opinion he went over and beyond his duties. He even gave me a tour of the facility and showed me to my unit. I can imagine that it would have been a pain to find the unit otherwise. So that was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this storage facility.
