New clean facility. Only complaint is getting lost. Lots of dead ends. Keep an eye out for the elevator and office signs and you're good, if you stop seeing them, you're lost. Maybe better and more visible signage could help.

I just signed up for rental last night. The process was very easy and stress-free. Melinda walked me through the process, allowing time for questions along the way. She took me on a tour which allowed me to see the units to ensure I was getting the right size for my needs. She was very professional and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at the rates. The rates are very competitive and actually cheaper than some of the nearby competitors. I rented a storage unit in Nov 2021 and paid double what my rates are at CubeSmart. The facility is really nice and they keep it clean. I actually messaged my friend so that she could check them out as well.
