Horrible experience here. They have bugs all inside their units. They advertise climate control yet they do not turn on the air conditioning at all. Company even went as far to cover up the temperature display in their hallways because they know they’re being dishonest. Dead mouse found right outside the front door. I’ve been contacting them through calling and email to let them know I moved out May 29th and no one replies back. They keep sending me invoices though. Worst storage facility I have used and so dirty! Customer service non existent. Pic of temp displays before CubeSmart took over and after! They covered them because they know they’re scamming. Also peep that mouse. So many pests roam this facility. Don’t store your stuff here if you care about your belongings or business!

They’re always quick to answer a call, don’t have to wait 30 minutes to get a hold of someone like other chain companies. Never had a issue, decently priced storage units. Kid who works around the place is super kind & helpful. 10/10 would definitely use this storage facility again

The service staff is great and the on site manager, Blake, is very helpful. The only thing that we noticed is the dust buildup in the unit, probably from the gravel road. But other than that, this is a great storage facility.

I was looking for a storage place and there were other options to go with but it was Blake’s professionalism and follow-up that sold me. Their prices are competitive and there was no contract. I made an appointment as the are practicing Covid guidelines for social distancing and masks. They are also independent and locally owned which I prefer to support local small businesses. Thanks!

The location & access was great. I was able to go to the unit 24/7, which is nice with my busy weird schedule/hours. The prices were reasonable for the area. When I needed a unit, Legacy Storage was great about meeting me with short notice. The only problem I've had is the "Contact Us" section on the website does not seem to be monitored. I will continue to use Legacy Storage for future storage needs.

This is the best storage facility I have found in the area. The facility is clean, we had no issues with pest or rodents. The indoor units have great climate control, my storage was kept at a cool temperature during the hot days. One really nice feature on the indoor units is that each building has different access controls, we felt our items were safe. They also clean the keypads and door handles daily!

I rent a 10x10 unit here (in my sister's name - Whit E.) so the owner doesn't recognize me, but I can say this place is great. We got a discounted rate because the owner had plans to expand by adding more units, and that's exactly what he's done. The location is a bit isolated, a plus in my mind. Access and temperature controlled units, everything you'd find in a more urban area you'll find here. Great storage space!

My husband and I are so happy that we rented our storage unit from Legacy Storage. We were treated like family! The owner, Travis went above and beyond for us. We had an issue with a driver delivering our belongings and Travis was there to help us out. He helped the driver back into the driveway to the unit and addressed his concerns. The facility was designed and is maintained and managed by a wonderful husband and wife team and they keep it spotlessly clean. U-haul at 380 and the Dallas North Tollway referred me and my wife to Legacy Storage while we were in the process of building our home.
