I've had storage since 2020. Recently Cubesmart bought the facility from the previous owners. I have a problem with the light in mine so I spoke with the GM Courtney. I was impressed with her taking time to listen and put in my request. I was in the office buying a new lock and spoke with her again. I can say she likes her job and is very polite and professional.

Customer service was lacking. We have rented from uhaul several times, this was the first time for this location. If you are a minority, wouldn’t recommend. Felt as if they didn’t want business from minorities. We rented anyways since we were on a time crunch, the experience was uninviting and uncomfortable to say the least. We asked for a day rental and a couple hours after signing, received a text asking us to return the truck in 3 hours. Very strange. Lack of communication. Recommend going further down the road to a different uhaul dealer for better customer service.

I'm giving it 2 ?? due to the location, cleanest and easy access to the storage facility. The customer service my daughter and I received from Tommy(facility manager)was DEFINITELY below standard! I was told if I rent a Uhaul at 12noon I need to have it back by 5, or i can go some where else!I was definitely ready to walk out. Being my daughter already paid and have a storage there she asked that i still rent the Uhaul from this location. Still being charged the 24hr rate. Then I called and asked " HI is this Mr Tommy? This is Mrs. Hawkins I rented a Uhaul truck earlier." He stated I don't know maybe so." I preceding to tell him there's no way I will be finished by 5 due to heavy appliances. I'm waiting on help. He then stated "well it need to be back by 10am tomorrow." Long story short.... I was charged a little over $120 for under 24hrs. Of usage. It definitely have to be due to the color of my skin. Everyone else is giving this location a 5 star. Which I didn't experience. Going forward we will be removing my daughters items and going to a location that have better customer service. My job for the pass 25 yrs have been retail store management. You never shew away a sale and not make a custom feel welcome. Also your personal feelings DOESN'T matter when it comes to a sale. Peace & love always.

This place is very clean, easy to access, and well located. They have many different sized units, and will help you find the right one for you at the lowest cost they can provide. I have to say this has been the best experience ever. When I lost my key after verifying I was the owner of the unit they removed the lock and assisted me with the purchase of a new lock. When moving out of the unit for relocation the process was quick and easy. We have always received service with a smile. Robin even assisted us with making purchases for our move, if they did not have something on hand knew exactly where we could purchase it from. Kudos to SUMMER LAKES STORAGE for being the best for customer service.

This is without question the best storage facility that my wife and I have ever used. The building is always clean and spotless. The lighting in the hallways is bright and they play great music over the speaker system. While using the storage units, they provide moving carts that are a huge help when moving heavy objects or large quantities. We also use them for our document shredding, a huge help to have that service in the building. Dana K and his crew are always friendly and extremely helpful. The office is always clean and in perfect order. You won’t find a better storage facility or better staff anywhere.
