Carts are broken. The handles come out of the holders & that needs to be addressed. Hallway corners are way too small. Having to maneuver with 50+ lbs of stuff is hard and lifting the front end to move it around the corners is ridiculous. Guys up front were very helpful and courteous! Climate was nice and cold! Unit was clean and ready for me to use! Price is awesome for a 10x10 unit!

The facility was very clean! The front desk staff, Jordan & Yub were welcoming and helpful. My only criticism would be the cart I used was very rickety and hard to steer. I realize that the carts are used by many people…They may need to be replaced more often. Other than that I was very pleased ??

The people that work at the RR, TX location are AWESOME!! However, the company and there policy SUCKS YOU DRY!!! I JUST BARLEY HAVE MY UNIT WITH THEM AND I HAVE HAD 2 PRICE INCREASES WITH HARLDY ANY KNOWLEDGE WITHIN ONLY BEING THERE 6 MONTHS!!! I AM ON DISABILITY AND I CANT AFFORD TO KEEP MY STORAGE UNIT. I HAVE NOW MOVED TO A SMALLER UNIT WITH HELP FROM FRIENDS. BUT, THE SECOND I CAN MOVE MY STUFF OUT OF BEE STORAGE/CUBE SMART....I AM!!! I have used several different storage facilities around town and this by far is the nicest. The staff have been friendly and helpful. As advertised there really is a free moving truck available to move your things in. I got a decent deal online we'll see how long the promotional rates last but for now I am extremely satisfied.

1 Year Update: I'm still a customer at Bee Safe Storage and recently added an additional unit. The staff continues to be excellent, providing top-notch service. This time, Jordan walked me through the process, and Youb finalized everything seamlessly. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction make storing with Bee Safe Storage a hassle-free experience. Highly recommend! Old Review: Youb is hilarious and super helpful. I had initially signed up online but he was able to explain the unit I picked wasn't technically the size I expected but two separate ones. One onsite, couple showings and few jokes later, I picked something that was able to accommodate my needs and Youb walked through the entire process making it simple and detailing the important things I should be aware of. If I ever outgrow my unit, I'm signing up for another here.

The staff at the location are fantastic, they're very knowledgeable and funny. The facility is very clean and easy to navigate. The only issue I have is how the entry to the facility parking lot was constructed. The hotel next door and the Bee Safe storage facility have curb separating their entry and exit from the main lanes. Taking the turnabout from the northbound frontage to the southbound frontage and getting in to the dedicated entry/exit can be a little dangerous especially in a fully loaded box truck.

I've had a bittersweet overall experience with this storage company. The place itself is kept clean, bathrooms were sometimes nasty, but I never worried about the safety of my" life" being kept safe in that unit. Loves the ac and elevators for sure. Where this company breaks my heart is that they don't allow partial payments for late fees. Life has many struggles. Mine is no different but they tack on incredulous late fees and would rather sell my life than to allow me to make some kind of partial payments. I owed $300 for two months and the day after my September due date they added $100 more. Dear God. I can't stop crying. They can't sell my soul but it feels pretty close to what they do.

The quality and location was great, but unfortunately our rent increased 11% after 6 months of renting. At the same time, we received a marketing brochure in the mail for our unit size that offered rent for new customers at 60% less per month than our current rate. We moved out after this - bad customer service in my opinion!

Initially gave 5 stars but after 8 months changing my opinion because of the manager at the location. Had a misunderstanding and stored few crates of canned juices. Received a warning through my son who was there loading some office stuff so I decided to visit the office. Asked for explanation from Cameron and her reply was exactly like this “ if I see juices one more time then I will kick you out of storage and cancel the lease”. And she mentioned the term kick out 3 times. If you are planning to keep her as a manager then teach her manners and professional terms. I was planning to stay for years since it’s close to my office but moving out ASAP.

I highly recommend this storage facility. The facility is new, clean and spacious. They offer many options at affordable prices and they have move in specials. Plenty of flat bed carts available, elevators, restrooms and amazing security (cameras, pin code entrance, etc) and they also have a moving truck available. The staff is amazing and they made the difference that influenced my choice; thank you Dawn and Cameran for your help!

The place is set in a great location, the staff are very friendly and the facility is beautiful and quality built. Normally I would give 5 stars with ease, but I received an almost 10% increase in the monthly rental fee, I understand to a degree things will inevitably increase in cost as time goes on, however considering the current state of our country and how the pandemic has severely and adversely affected millions of people and their financial state, the monthly rate increase is ill timed and in bad taste. Most are struggling to make their bills as is and no doubt you guys are well aware of this. We are all suffering and for you to do this shows your insensitivity towards your customers.

This location is amazing!! I had to get a storage unit for my stuff since I’m leaving town to college and Cameran helped me out a lot to find the right size unit for all my stuff, I had a lot of questions and she was able to answer them and help me understand better. This store was super clean and organized, Cameran also made sure everything was following the COVID guidelines. When I went in there was a few people there and she told us politely to make sure we keep our distance from each other and to wear our masks at all times to protect everyone in the store and future customers. She is very welcoming and super nice!! I’m definitely going to be recommending my friends and family who need a storage unit to this location with Cameran!!! :)

Both of the managers (Cameran and Dawn) at the Bee Safe Storage location at 510 S I-35 put the “customer” back in service. It’s the little things, like setting the secure door to open automatically whilst I was unloading a full truck to help facilitate a quicker move in, that makes one appreciate folks who actually care about customer service. May not seem like much in the grand scheme of things, but it made a long day roll just a little smoother and that counts for something in my book.

I found this to be an exceptionally clean and professionally managed storage location. I met with the manager Cameran, who was very professional and able to confidently answer all of the questions I had. She lead me on a very informative tour of the property which left me very comfortable with the safety and security at this location. Again, i was quite impressed with how spotlessly clean the facility was in addition to maintaining all appropriate protocols for COVID-19. I will not only be using this facility, I will be referring all my family and friends to Cameran and this Bee Safe location.

This place is SO nice! It is new, clean, well secured, and the staff is great. The nice lady working that day saw us on camera having to input our code every time we opened the door while unloading our uhaul into our unit, so came over and turned off that feature to make our move-in easier. This showed me how well the staff takes care of residents, but also that people are actually looking at the security cameras, as she had seen us struggling through the cameras, which made me feel that the place was that much safer because people were actively looking at cameras throughout the day. They also provide pallete carts to help you move in or out, super helpful! Loved this place!

Brand new facility and super clean. Everyone that works there is extremely helpful. Good access hours for a climate controlled facility. Nice size elevators if you’re not on first floor and easy access for loading/unloading From the truck through the sliding doors on either side of the building.
