I had a rough move, the trucker couldn't wait on me to get home so he found this storage company. During the whole process of switching owner to my name and the year I've used them has been the best experience so far. You can tell they treat their facility for pest monthly, they even do follow up calls when a unit isn't secure properly. Once you move out the paper work for end of use is streamlined and they don't stall. I highly recommend them for everyone but especially my fellow military and veteran families.

Like everyone said already. They have increased pricing 3 fold. I’m sure they will respond to this review like the others with just a “standard” response. I get it… they feel they will get someone who will Pay the price if we don’t. They raised pricing and they grounds have actually declined in maintenance. **BEWARE** Started out with a good rate, but was raised after the first few months, and then raised again a few months after that. $140 a month to park my RV is ridiculous. Also, the only way you are notified is on your monthly bill, it will just be higher with no explanation. No email or call to say your rate is increasing. When you call, they will tell you that corporate decides the rates, and can change them at will.

We have used this storage for over 20 yrs. Our account was ALWAYS in good standing with payments sent to the same address. (20 yrs). Once CubeSmart became owner, CubeSmart could not account for our payments sent to and received by CubeSmart (the same address that has been successfully used for over 20 yrs). This occurred multiple times. Each time CubeSmart denied us access. Any attempts to contact CubeSmart manager or anyone were unsuccessful/unanswered. Any other methods of payment to CubeSmart, CubeSmart demanded more money. Within a month of CubeSmart ownership the storage rent DOUBLED. (No improvements or upgrades). We were also told CubeSmart intends to raise the price again. Again, we have used this storage for over 20 yrs and NEVER had an issue until CubeSmart became owner. The facilities were reasonable priced, clean, safe and accessible. We enjoyed the location, reasonable price facilities and working with management. Now that CubeSmart has ownership, this is no longer the case. ******Follow-up**********. As expected ALL attempts to communicate with Cube Smart where ignored. Cube Smart would not return our calls or respond to any attempts to get back on track. Summary: Cube Smart refused any contact/resolution. Refer to Cube Smart pathetic response.

This is a great storage facility that I have had for over 6 years. When CubeSmart took ownership, my rate went up from $150/mo to $350/mo over the span of only two years. Additionally, with each rate increase I was notified when I received my bill for the following month.

Really zero stars. Poor security with one attempted break-in. Many other trailers were broken into costing a lot in repair costs. Raised the rates right after break-in. Kids must have been using the place for party as I found a bottle of whiskey hidden behind propane tanks.

Had my RV there before it was taken over by CubeSmart. Soon after, rates went up 58% in the course of a year with two incremental increases. There were a few times I went to check on my RV and the gate was wide open. Had to call the corporate office to notify them of the security concern. I ultimately moved my RV a month and a half ago and was due a refund for a credit on my account. Was told it would take two weeks to get the return. It’s been seven. I have left multiple messages and sent multiple emails to check on the status. None of those have been returned. I have asked the BBB for help. The only reason I have a credit is they cashed my rent check and did not credit it to my account. I had to physically go to their bank to prove I paid them and that my check was cashed. Horrible experience all around. Still waiting on a call back from them too.
