Pam is one of the best property managers! She cares about her customers and her properties. She makes sure it is secured and keeps a very close eye out for every unit.. Pam is the best. She got everything handled very professionally yesterday, and today she was very helpful in my renting a second unit. She went out in 95 degree heat and swept out my unit and sprayed insect repellent. You better be specially good to her, I might try to hire her away. People like Pam are hard to find.

Wife and I been noticing this car parked here for days and nights. Well tonight we came to grab things from our storage. On the way to our storage we noticed a white male wearing black wearing a hat walking through the storage lot and checking the doors. Obviously he’s up to no good. He saw us drive by and immediately stopped what he was doing and continued walking. We get to our storage and what do you know? Their vehicle is parked close to ours. I had my wife sit in the car as i get out and grabs what we needed. The white girl gets from out of the front seat of the busted white Chrysler and begins acting like shes unloading and moving as she’s grabbing stuff and putting it outside..then walking down the pathway is the white guy wearing all black. They meet up with each other and began talking…and started acting like they’re moving things in and out of the storage. I WARNED YOU IF YOU RENT HERE TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE PUTTING AN EXTRA LOCK ON YOUR STORAGE DOOR. THESE GUYS ARE WALKING AROUND CHECKING TO SEEIF ITS UNLOCK. Who knows if they have the tools to open it and break in when no one is around. We will email corporate because management here is allowing them to park all day and night like it’s a homeless shelter. And the gate has been broken for weeks! Randall is a very nice guy but he has to manage the lot better. Feels unsafe knowing homeless people are roaming around at night and trying to open our storage doors! Also sleeping here in their vehicle!! Everyone pays a lot of money to store our belongings here…I shouldn’t have to worry about it being unsafe! We will drive by in the morning to check on our belonging then find a new SECURED storage facility to rent!!

Big storage units. Manager at this location is friendly. Only complaint is every-time we visit, there’s a homeless couple in a white Chrysler parked there all day and night. We drove by to check on them and they are obviously homeless. One night we put up some belongs into a friend storage and decided to come back early next morning to check, we drove by and the white female heard us driving close by so she comes walking out of the storage unit like she just woke up. The vehicle and belonging were all in the same spot as it hasn’t been moved all night. This needs to be addressed as people have important belonging stored here.

Price increase was a little disappointing... but I get it. Pretty much an automated location as there is never anyone there... but when you are there, you are very helpful.

Did everything online. Storage facility was clean and keys and welcome kit was waiting on me when I arrived at my unit. Randall who is the manager onsite is awesome!

Great location and facility. I am growing tired if incessant price increasing at Storage.

RV storage sites are most always muddy. Poor drainage. Lacks necessary security as gate is left open around the clock for days. I’m paying for secure storage. Just drive by the place. Fewer than half the sites are occupied. DUH! That should have been a red flag to me.

We ALWAYS have the best experience at Cube Smart. This is our 5th or 6th time renting with them. I can’t say enough about how easy they make it and I love their specials.

He showed me a few of the units I had inquired about before setting me up to ensure I had ample space for my boat. Great group and the service is top notch!

I was worried that I wouldn't be able to access my unit for the first time since the office was closed. Luckily the customer service phone # was available to call and the gentleman walked me through accessing my gate code, unit number, and temporary lock code from my phone. When I opened the unit, it was spotless and there was a bag with my lock, some pest repellant, and brochure with all the info I need. It really couldn't get any easier.
