Horrible service We have had multiple problems. Just like this morning. Been trying to get into the gate. Nothing is working. Called costumer services. They gave us an emergency code. That didn't work. Been waiting over 2 hrs for the manager to get here. So that we can get in.

I would give no stars but I can’t. THEIR apartment unit flooded my storage unit. I was forced to move all of my stuff out on January 3rd and was not offered another unit. I asked for a refund and was denied. They also have a horrible theft problem.

The staff at Cube Smart storage was very helpful. it seems they are remodeling and updating their equipment to keep up to date. Johnathan didn’t miss a beat with his knowledge and answered all my questions to my saftisfaction. He was extremely helpful with explaining everything and very sweet. I rented a 10x10 climate controlled unit and will update after first month to see how it works out. no photos yet

DO NOT RENT HERE. THEY ARE JOKE!!!!!! Still trying to get my refund. Have rented unit and still have not been able to get into the gate. Supposedly electric is out. Just at their building though. Sounds fishy. If it would let me I would put ZERO STARS. THIS PLACE SUX

I wouldn’t recommend renting a spot from them. There are no operating cameras for security giving the thieves free range to people’s storage units. Doesn’t matter that there is a gate code to get through they pull open the fence by the dumpsters and have full access. Climate control area door doesn’t stay shut. So there isn’t real climate control. It was opened every time we went by it. I tried to close it and it wouldn’t stay shut. Rent increase on the smallest non climate control unit in 6 months went from 45.00 to 67.00 and then we were advised in the same 6 month period it was going up in the 84.00 range. Trash on the ground all around the dumpster from everyone having access to it because gates are pulled open. Honestly it was like the company itself didn’t care that there was no real security watching the units. Having so many storage units at other businesses broken into in our area I would have thought they would have taken a much better approach. This is a big deal in our area. I know of two other storage facilities that have really increased the security at the facilities in the last 2 years without making 50% rent increases.

They will double lock your unit if you are 4 days late. Will not take their lock off after paid either. The store manager is not helpful at all and rude. Claims he can't take payment in store. When asked why said unit was double locked still he claims it was a mistake and left it at that. When asked Jonathan for his supervisor name and number he said he can't give it out and if I want that I have to call customer service to get the number. Beware if you rent here.

I have stored here for a while and recently came back in for an additional unit for a short period. JJ was very helpful in locating the best unit for my needs and let me go take a look to see what would work best. In the past he's also helped me with a lock issue on my other unit. Always keen to be helpful. Wish Cubesmart offers some additional discounts when storing in multiple units.

So we've only had our cubesmart for about 2 months, everything's been working great, but then all of a sudden our keys didn't work. Went to the front office and Michaela was just as shocked as I was of why, but she promptly checked it out for me and the only other solution was to cut the lock, and she did it right then.

Dirty units and incompetent staff. Still waiting for them to return the money for the lock I had to go buy myself. Nobody was available or answering calls on move in day. Mandatory "protection plan" doesn't cover flooding on these units that have been known to flood in the past. Had to pay a $30 administration fee and I did everything myself.

Penelope helped us get a 10×20 storage unit in only about 15 minutes. She was very professional, proficient and helpful. Showing us all the rates for the different sizes, the storage units themselves and the different options for insurance. She even swept out the storage unit beforehand for us and offered us a lock for sale for our unit. Awesome place to store your stuff when you're in the middle of a move.

Tried to access my storage unit and there was a key lock instead of a combination lock like the email said. Tried to go to the front office and there was a sign that said due to power outage office will be closed till Monday June 27th. So I have no way of getting into my storage till then.

No security lighting on buildings. Smoke detectors need new batteries. They are chirping. Cameras are non operational. Not a secure facility. Your item are not safe at this facility. Niether are you. On a side note, the manager is a great lady and works hard. Owner needs to make things safe and secure. Do not use this storage facility.

After Harvey we went and checked the storage and all of our stuff was gone, and they didnt notify us. They said there cameras didn't work so of course they didnt see nobody, but they even put one of their locks on the storage and didnt think to let us know, we were still paying on it. Lady in the office must have been in on the whole deal, we called cops and made a report, but of course nothing got done. Dont use this place!
