This is an amazing storage facility. If I could give 10 stars I would. The manager here is absolutely a person of excellence. The facility is immaculate, they even diffuse essential oils in the office. Over the course of 5 years there, I never once saw dirt on the floor, never once felt unsafe there. The locked entrance gate for cars with the only other entrance through the main office, makes this a well protected place. There are plenty of well maintained push carts and the perimeter of the property is protected and finely manicured. I had to call several times to update payment card and even though it is possible to do online they were gracious enough to update the information for me. When I vacated the unit the office was closed. As we were in the midst of moving I had not yet notified them. The manager called me himself to ask if everything was ok because they found my unit empty. I explained and I told him how sorry I was to be leaving because it is such a great place. The unit was on an upper floor. The air quality in the building was always good, the elevator always functioning and perfectly clean. I wish I could say more, but in summary it is an excellent place, maintained in an excellent fashion by a manager who does all he can to provide the best storage facility and the best service possible. Im so grateful to have had this place available to store our things.

I had my Cube for almost three years and Masood and his team were always very helpful in working with me in a number of areas. Picking out the correct size unit to store my stuff, making payment arrangments during times when I couldn't always make payment on the due date, to answering any questions and being flexible as I moved my things out of my cube. I rented from this facility when I was moving from Florida to Virginia. The facility is very clean, organized and very secure. The buildings are all environmentally controlled and well lit. There are many carts available to help you move your belongings in and out. The general manager, Masood Ghanizada, is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely rent from this facility again if the need arises and I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs additional storage.

This is by far the best experience we have had at any storage facility in the nation. It is extremely clean, and organized. The temperature is always perfect when you walk in the to the storage cube areas and they have a bathroom located in the back hallways that is always well maintained and very clean. The main reason we selected this facility was because of the general manager on staff. Mr. Masood is an incredibly patient individual who truly wants to do his best for every single customer. It’s evident when you observe his personal interactions with the customers. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility over any others. You won’t be disappointed.

Great staff, clean place, I did not give them 5 stars for 2 issues. The first is that they require insurance, but it is a joke $240 a year gets you $2000 of insurance, in my opinion a rip off. A minor quibble is there is not a loading dock so it is harder to load and unload off of a pickup truck.

When the staff realized we were handicapped they pointed out they had handicapped accessible units available on the first floor for the same price as the upper floors! I would never have thought to even ask. They even have locks available at a reasonable price and other packing materials, too. We are in the middle of moving apartments so I truly appreciated the ability to grab some supplies at the same time. They went out of there way to check and make sure we were getting the lowest price possible. Overall A+++ experience. So glad we chose CubeSmart!
