Overpriced in regular rent increases make this a very poor choice to rent at it is very hard to get in and out of the units and all the units are in very poor condition. The prices are what you can pay for a more upscale climate controlled complex.

We made an on-line reservation with confirmation. Showed up to the location given and there is no office on site. A sign on the door. We called it took 30 minuted for someone to come and open the unit. This particular location is scary. I refused to get out of my car alone. The area to pull our trailer was way too tight. Hubby ( driven a truck and trailer since he was 14 on the farm) hard a very hard time tryng to get the trailer turned around to get out of the unit safely. Very dissatified with conditions, locations and lack of supervision. Not worth the hassle to save a $20.00 go to the U-Haul accross the street. Well worth it.

I would like to recognize Odessey and the customer service that she provided. You can tell that she cares very much for her customers. I originally requested Dominion Storage through my AAA membership and I was not aware that the Dominion Storage was owned by CubeSmart and was on my way there when Odessey called to let me know that she would be meeting me there. GOOD thing too as I was on a time crunch and would have arrived to find a very empty office and been upset... Overall, one of the most pleasant customer service experience to date.Thank you Odessey

It was really easy, we just signed up online for a unit that we saw available, then we stopped by their Manassas, Sunnygate Drive location. We were doing business with a girl named Odessey, which is an interesting name in itself She had to meet us at the Dumfries Rd. Location. The only thing that didn’t go right was that upon payment of the unit we were told that our unit had 2 doors and we would need 2 locks, but when we got there we noticed that the unit had 4 doors so we didn’t have enough locks. Cube Smart sells locks ?? for the Low price of $18 per lock, so I would need to spend about $75 for locks. So we just decided to swing by the local Walmart and buy some locks, which we did. We found a 4 pack of heavy duty locks for about $12. If you’re getting a storage unit and want to keep your stuff from getting molded, go get about 4 wooden pallets and then sit your stuff on top of the pallets, that will keep stuff from getting moist or damp and also keep the mold off. And you could add a bucket of moisture rid, the pellets keep the air dry. Bring a broom ?? to your unit as you may need to clean up and around your unit.

Horrible looking storage... the lot is in absolute shambles and the office was closed at least 30 minutes before 6pm(closing). On top of that, it's not even the main office... not good.
