The General Manager Lynn Warren was the best all around human I have met in a while. Her customer service was excellent and I felt like I have know her forever with the way she made me and my mother feel welcome. I really like the units at cubesmart, I had a 10x20 storage unit, that was equipped with two overhead lights. The space itself was large and I was able to store all my items securely. The staff is helpful and the area is secure. There is even a police unit behind the building. I would recommend an additional dumpster on the compound, but overall had a good experience. I would recommend this storage facility to whom ever may be in need of one.

Too many rate increases for NO GOOD REASON!!! Taxes did NOT go up, Electric did NOT go up, Staff did NOT get bi-yearly raises, and the maintenance did NOT improve. The door into my building has been broken for ALL the time I have been there! The ceiling is a JOKE, it is how the thieves got into my unit and another renter and stole some of my items!!! CUBE SMART did NOTHING for me EXCEPT raise my rent the same month!!!

I would give this place 5 stars but when I signed up they mentioned it wasn’t a 24 hr place and I asked since I go to school and work during the day I could get access. Then after 6 months they just randomly took it away which really messed my schedule up. Otherwise great people and clean place.

I went to this Cube smart a sometime last week to check out a storage unit. The staff was super helpful and made the process easy and fast. This facility also followed Covid 19 protocols. As for the unit it was clean and it fit everything! If you ever need a storage unit this is the place to go!

The staff was Nice and Friendly and very helpful. I have an issue with the website. The website required me to buy a lock so I thought you needed a special lock so I did not bring my own. Wasted money if you already have a lock. The website requires you to buy their insurance which is just a few dollars cheaper then my homeowners (another ripoff) ($12 a months for $2000 in coverage haha hahahaha) When you get to cube smart store they tell you if you have proof of insurance you do not need to buy theirs. You only get this information if you ask. Same with the lock you do not need to buy their lock as long as you have a lock. Again you have to ask the staff which was very helpful. Again the problem is with the went which is trying to rip you off. If you have your own lock bring it if you already have home owners insurance or renters insurance call them am ask if it covers stuff in storage units ask them to send you an email if it does this will save you $12 + dollars a month for something you do not need. Again the Staff was Fantastic.
