They close access to your storage unit at 7pm. So beware as that caught us off guard when we went at 8pm to drop stuff off with a fully loaded uhaul. “I figured let’s go a little later to avoid traffic.” Also when we went to inspect the unit before renting they had no signage posted of hours of operation or gave any clue that they cut access off to the unit themselves at 7pm. I thought the office just closes at 7pm.

Honestly the price and facility are great, staff is always present and helpful. This would be 5 stars if it wasn't for some major issues with access ability. The facility shares a parking lot woth a large apartment building. Despite the spaces against the storage facility stating 'customers only, others will be towed' the guests for the apartments take up almost all the parking ALL of the time. After getting my items onto a dolly, I try to move out of the loading zone in order to take my time sorting through items and putting them away - but thats not possible when there isn't any parking. I wish the facility would actually follow through and tow some of these vehicles who are here every day and clearly not customers. Not only that but I think the size of this facility requires more carts. Almost everytime I come, the carts are all gone and my units are on the 3rd floor. Ive seen many customers using more than one cart to move in/out with help from others - and I get it! I just cant wait 30 minutes in the loading/unloading zone every time I want to take items to my unit or bring them out. This all would be helped if the access hours were extended. If I was able to come 7-8pm at night or 6-7am in the morning, I'm sure activity would be less. However, the access hours are fairly limited compared to other storage facilities. If youre only in need of storage that you dont access often or dont have daytime work hours then this facility really seems great. Very clean, reasonably priced for sizes, helpful staff. Its gotten to the point I'm considering looking at a different facility only because this location just isn't meeting my needs for access to my unit when I need it.

Five Stars. 5X Five Stars. The staff at the WC CubeSmart is among the best that I've encountered at any business, and certainly the best I've encountered at a storage business. They are responsive, supportive, flexible and wonderfully solutions-oriented. In my specific case, I faced a very unique situation and needed to drop off an unusually large trailer for an interstate move. The team was responsive to all of my calls in advance, super supportive and flexible as timing changed, and then above-and-beyond helpful to solving a last-minute problem that cropped up when the trailer was dropped off. This team would have been 100% justified in telling me to buzz off - Instead, they met every single one of my needs with a smile. I'm so grateful. More importantly: Just in my time using this facility, I saw this staff go above-and-beyond in similar ways to help other customers. It's just what they do. Amazing. To cover off on the other items: Security = Excellent Mobile App & Payments = Excellent Staff/Team = Above-and-beyond excellent. Facility Cleanliness = Spotless Facility Climate = Perfect Also, I gotta say there is almost a genuine "community' at this facility. I met three new friends just in my normal comings-and-goings. The staff and facility puts everyone in a good, safe mood. I think that's a big deal. Often, we're using storage during some rougher and more stressful parts of our life. This place creates a great atmosphere. Thank you WC CubeSmart. I'll be back!

Easy to rent from. Building is brand new and clean. Had to go in to do rental agreement because I already have insurance and couldn't bypass it on the online rental agreement. The promotion pricing was a bit confusing

Clean facility and friendly staff quite a breeze to move all my stuff in had adequate carts for moving my stuff in and overall good experience. On top of all that it’s a secure building that has coded access that won’t let just anybody in. I would’ve given it a five star rating if I was able to actually use the app to access the building as it says you can unfortunately this facility doesn’t have the app access for using your phone to unlock the door.

So far so good. Online reservation was seamless, just make sure you read the contract so you don’t have any surprises. Great online price(s) when compared to other facilities. This is a great place to store your things. I feel confident that the employees here actually care about the security of my belongings, which is something youll be very hard pressed to find at most storage facilities. They are attentive, helpful, and friendly, while being professional at all times. I can be a difficult customer at times, i can admit it. But these guys have been absolutely great. They are understanding to your odd requests, they are forgiving because they understand that things happen that are sometimes out of your control. I really cant say enough good things about this cubesmart location. The only thing i would say is that i wish the access hours were a little bit better. That being said i do like the fact that someone is always here keeping an eye on the facility while people are going in and out. Overall 10 Out Of 10 without any doubt. (P.S. also the place is brand new so its nice and clean and everything is secure which is another +)

Oh by the way the call center wasn't up to par with this location as I was told a 4 hour truck available, not, and I was told 24 hour access, not, it works out fine
