The ease of reserving a locker online was great, we dealt with Shawn(I didn’t catch the spelling of his name) he was very kind and accommodating. Though while walking through the facility I had noticed there was a leak from the ceiling dripping into a unit. We didn’t like the original locker assigned to us so we asked if we’d be able to have a different locker, they were very helpful and I’d recommend them.

FYI: we were in a need to search or a storage unit and with wide range of many storage buildings, we chose CubeSmart.we stopped in talk with manager Robert and our experience was very pleasant, his professionalism was on spir, he helped us get best size storage space to rent, very clean, very friendly. I feel there prices are very fair. They offer insurance on your unit where you would put your belongings to be stored. Basically you can use there insurance coverage or use your own personal insurance coverage. Again Robert walked us through all important information and his customer service was optimum. Thank cubesmart and staff. Keep Lego-ing on.. ???? They do have small moving carts for you to use please put them back in location you found them. Work smart not harder. ??

Yesterday my friend and myself stopped in at "CUBESMART" to look at some units. We met Sean and Robert the owners and they showed us around. First off they were both super nice and informative! As for the storage units, WOW were they nice and clean, temperature, lighting were all ?? %. I have had storage units before and none were as nice as "CUBESMART"! If your looking for a inside storage unit don't hesitate to stop in. Sean and Robert will show you around, give you prices and help you in anyway they can! Needless to say we purchased a 10x20 that was cheaper then any other place we looked at. It's a GREAT feeling knowing my things are being taken care of. Security cameras everywhere, lighting, temperature controlled I could go on and on about "CUBESMART" !! Meet Sean and Robert they are really Super guys! Nope! I moved here a little over two years ago. I first rented from Cubesmart when they were in Oak Creek. They kept raising my rent at the last place. In a year's time my rent had doubled. It seemed like they kept increasing it every few months. So i packed my stuff and moved it to Affordable Family. (Pain in the a##.) Never had an issue. Since Cubesmart took over, my rent has gone up twice. Time to start looking for another place, i guess.

I first rented my unit when Affordable Family Storage owned it before Cube Smart. They raised my rate once. They did give me a free month though. Then Cube Smart took over, and because we have a new proprietor, raised my rate again. Two increases in less than a year. I have had (and still have) long-term Storage at Alameda Storage in Albuquerque, New Mexico starting in 2011. I've only had two rate increases throughout that entire period. Hopefully clients are locked in for awhile. I would hope so. I will say however the facility is easily navigatable and clean. The staff is courteous and helpful. Checkout was extremely smooth. I would still recommend to family and friends.

Its a nice clean facility and the lady at the front is really nice, but they jack up the prices pretty quickly after you are all settled and out of state like me. I pay almost $200 now, I started at like $107, and looking online they are charging $125 for the same size storage unit. Kinds get you in a bind as most people I would think once they get in storage they are out, like myself, of town for a while.

The best storage for the best price. The staff is very friendly and seem to care about the security of the units. they called me when I left my unit unlocked, that showed me that they actually look over those storage lockers. The indoor facility provides additional security And safety from the elements as I keep my household items in there for safekeeping. 10/10 would recommend.

The whole experience with Affordable Family Storage was good. I found the in-person contact and phone customer service people to be professional, helpful and competent. I paid my rent on time but they were not in the office for 3 days so they are charging me a late fee of 20.00. I didnt pay the 20 dollars so they locked me out and the girl is counting down the days till she can sell my locker. Went to police now have to go downtown and file a civil suit.
