The Arbor Day Foundation™ has over 50 years of experience in planting trees in the right places for the biggest impact. Using a science-based approach, they identify forests and communities globally that would benefit most from trees.

From May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026, for every eligible rental, CubeSmart will contribute $1.00 to the Arbor Day Foundation, with a minimum donation of $50,000. The mission of the Arbor Day Foundation is to inspire people to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees. Had to rent for nearly a year and a half with nothing but great service. Very clean, great lighting, temp controlled, 3 entrances as well as a loading dock for larger trucks. Would absolutely rent again.

The office attendant wasn't there when we arrived. We waited and kept calling the office number without success. Once he arrived he was extremely nice and was trying to accommodate us the best he could since he hadn't worked at this location before. The whole process took a while. Also, Our storage wasn't clean according to their own checklist. We got a free lock for the unit since we booked online.

Moving is a hassle, deciding what to move and what to store is a hassle. Storing at CubeSmart is not at all. Dale was beyond helpful. I began with one unit, added two more, and then another a year later. Dale was always available by phone and usually available in person. The facility is clean and safe. I would highly recommend CubeSmart in Delavan.

Such wonderful customer service and experience. Things can be so chaotic when moving and trying to find a storage unit fast, but CubeSmart, made everything so nice and easy. They even have packing supplies you can purchase in their office, which was so convenient for us. Dale is great! If we ever need services again, we are definitely coming back. :)

Several areas with which to unload items depending on your individual need, if you have a small rental space you can just use the front door, if you have a lot of things to move in there are other loading areas you can use and plenty of carts to use for transporting boxes and furniture. Climate controlled, which is nice. Prices are good for what you're getting, and the area feels secure. Management is very helpful and friendly. All around, pretty good!
