After any applicable free rent promotions have been exhausted and you have rented your storage unit for at least one fully paid month, CubeSmart will plant a native tree in partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation™. Since 2010, we've worked with various organizations to plant over 350,000 trees used for reforestation and wildfire rehabilitation.

The Arbor Day Foundation™ has over 50 years of experience in planting trees in the right places for the biggest impact. Using a science-based approach, they identify forests and communities globally that would benefit most from trees.

From May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026, for every eligible rental, CubeSmart will contribute $1.00 to the Arbor Day Foundation, with a minimum donation of $50,000. The mission of the Arbor Day Foundation is to inspire people to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees. The only thing I am a little upset about , is the overhead doors for the units are poorly maintained, the unit i have the door does not stay open, the prices are fair for a secure storage area... the staff is super helpful and nice, again, the only thing is the upkeep on the property is very poor... the way the locks are designed, you have to buy a specific lock, it doesn't take too many of the round secure locks, they just dont fit into the door lock itself.

am tired of the rate increases. I understand inflation and cost of living but since this company took over my rates have increased $150.00 over 2 units. I've received 2 rate increases per year since CubeSmart took over. It's a complete joke. This is the last one they are receiving from me. A small increase per year is acceptable but this nonsense is not. Stay away unless you want to get ripped off.

The lady and gentleman who I've talked to when I pop in to pay are friendly and helpful. They also have where you can set up auto pay. I've been renting for a couple of years and never had or have a problem accessing my unit when I go no matter what season. It's gated and have cameras. Let's just say this is a trusted establishment.
